I used to get my lashes done at those cheaper lash studios and the chain businesses.. Not only did those places ruin/strip my natural lashes, but they also did not look as good! I have been going to Linh consistently for the last 3 years and I haven't stopped because I never have to wear make up to look presentable. I get the volume sets so they're fluffy/wispy and look fabulous. My lashes are still healthy and every time the fake lashes fall off (which they do naturally), I don't lose any of my natural lashes with them. Linh tells you when your lashes need a break and gives recommendations on how to keep your lashes clean (to help with retention) and how to promote healthy natural lash growth. For me personally, my hair everywhere grows REALLY fast (which I think is something that the other lash places struggled with because I would have so much growth when I came back for fills). I honestly think it takes real talent to be able to give me full lashes after every fill.. which Linh is able to do. She works quickly and even adds her own personal touches to enhance my eyes.

Giselle made me feel so welcomed. She did a wispy volume set on me and it turned out so nice! Her hands and technique were very light (so light, I fell asleep!). When she arrived, it was immediately concerning that the staff seemed unsure about who would be performing her service. There was visible scrambling to find someone available, which didn't inspire much confidence from the start. Once a technician was assigned, it became clear during the appointment that she was still in training, as other staff members were guiding her through the process step by step. My daughter is shy and didn't feel comfortable speaking up at the time, so when asked, she said everything looked "okay." However, once she got home, it was obvious that the results were far from acceptable. Her lashes were not tinted at all, and the lift was extremely uneven--one eye was maybe 50% lifted, while the other showed little to no change. For an $85 service, I would expect a professional and consistent result. It's disappointing to feel like customers are being used as practice without transparency. If someone is still learning, that should be clearly communicated ahead of time, not discovered during the service. Overall, this was a frustrating experience and unfortunately a waste of money, especially for something as important as prom.

Although she had a good intention she totally shouldn't be a licensed lash person. I went home to see if the irritation would get better with time and the next morning I woke up with extremely swollen eyes. I checked to see the placement of the eyelashes and they have placed them basically in my water line not allowing my eye to breath. Additionally she placed a set of eyelashes on 2/3 of my natural lashes. I have seen my natural eyelashes are starting to fall and also my eyes just feel at extreme pain. I reached out to management and requested for them to remove them and have someone else place them again or that I would like a refund for this terrible work and they do not want to assist. PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS. As a business owner myself I hate to add these type of reviews however this does not show loyalty to their customers. Unfortunately, the quality has never been very consistent. The nail polish tends to chip or come off very quickly, and during one previous visit they had to completely remove and repaint my nails because the color would not apply properly. Today was an especially disappointing experience. I was one of the first customers there, and throughout my visit I could hear the workers talking in Vietnamese about me being pregnant and about the fact that I only wanted a color change instead of a full pedicure. While sitting there, I also noticed they were speaking negatively about multiple customers who came through the door. After my toenails were painted, they simply left me sitting there with no communication or assistance. I did tell the worker that it is rude and unprofessional to speak negatively about customers in another language while they are present. To make matters worse, my toenail polish had already started coming off by the time I got home. Overall, this experience felt ]unprofessional and poor in quality. I will not be returning.
