Love Lush! I was so excited when they opened this location - I used to make a point of stopping by their stores in Columbus and Chicago whenever I was there. Jasmine everything! Flying Fox is the most amazing product ever, and like so much of their stuff is pretty versatile. I use it as shampoo (mixed with Big) and it makes my hair really silky. It's also a really awesome body wash. I could go on and on about Lush's products, but it would take all day, so here are a few other standouts: - Hennas: I've used the red and the black, and while they're messy and kind of a strange experience, they definitely get the job done and don't damage your hair like normal dyes. - Wiccy Magic Muscles: A massage bar with bean bumps. It gives you nice tingles and relaxes your muscles when you're sore. - Emotional Brilliance: This is their makeup line. All high-quality and cruelty-free, the colors are vibrant and awesome. Passionate, a hot pink/purple, was a surprising favorite for this classic red lips fan. I'm going to have to disagree with the "pushy" assessment of the sales staff. They will definitely snag you for a bath bomb demo or help you try on makeup, but they always take a polite "no" for an answer if you're not interested or are just there for a specific thing. read more

Everyone here is friendly and super helpful/knowledgeable about their products. I feel like I asked a million questions and never felt like I was being a bother. The quality of all the products I've tried is impeccable. Plus, with transitioning into a more natural lifestyle, Lush has me covered in every aspect! I come into lush very often! At least once a week or once every two weeks. I love their shampoo bar "honey I washed my hair" it has been my main shampoo for the last 3 years. I came in to repurchase this shampoo, as I always do. I didn't see it anywhere on the shelves. So I asked an employee if it had been discontinued. She said no and that they had some in the back. She said she was going to check for me. She headed toward the back room, then I promptly saw her approach another customer. I waited a few minutes to see if she went to the back to check. She never did. It is a real slap in the face to be a loyal customer somewhere and see an employee deliberately ignore you. I will be purchasing shampoo elsewhere. This store is always packed, but there is a good reason for it! It's so easy to be drawn in by the yummy smells of their cosmetics. The products smell so good they're almost tempting to eat, haha! They have an amazing selection of naturally and ethically made face masks, washes, and bath bombs. Whenever I'm looking to treat myself after a stressful week, I head to Lush for a face mask, bath bomb, and sugar lip scrub. These products leave your skin incredibly smooth and your mood relaxed. Keep in mind that because of the natural ingredients of the products, you must use them quickly. If you're looking for a good gift for a coworker or friend, I recommend products or gift cards from Lush. I've been to Lush a few times and it's a nice alternative to some of the other bath and body shops in town. I love what they stand for as far as fresh, handmade products for your body. The first time I went, I was out at Keystone checking out some of the new stores and this happened to be one of them. It is on the smaller and it is jam packed full of product. I was given a little demonstration on their bath bombs and an overview on all of their bath products but after the 5th or 6th person asked me if I needed help, I was beginning to feel a little bombarded. There were probably 7 or 8 employees in the store and though I love the attentiveness and the offer to help, sometimes I do like to just look and explore. I did go ahead and buy one of the Rose Queen bath bombs for myself and I have to say I loved it. It's one that you can split in two I've gotten two uses out of it. The demonstration in the store did help because it's not your usual "just throw it under running water" and it will do its job sort of item. Go check them out and you'll know what I mean. I went in this past weekend and picked up the same item as a gift for a girlfriend of mine. This time I didn't feel as bombarded but I did know what I was after. I think they have a lot of products that would make great gifts and I know I want to try out some of the face masks sometime so I will definitely be back. read more

At first I was skeptical of ever stepping foot in such a store. Other than word of mouth my initial knowledge of the Lush store was the famous bath bombs which aesthetically enhances your bath with colors and designs. I thought this was a trend and I'll never need to make it to this store. Alas! I went in and tried products and did a little shopping. Not only am I absolutely obsessed with my new products, but I couldn't believe the extremely well done personal service that was given to me. Although I may have been an obvious skeptic when I walked in the friendly and relatable staff instantly became as conversational with me as some of my closest friends. I received hands on demos and received plenty of samples to take home with me. This sales approach would probably of even worked if I didn't even love the products. read more

I've been wanting to go to lush for some time now. So, some of my family members and me decided to all go together. Parking experience was ok just about the fact that we found a parking spot and a family member of mine decided that the spot was to small so he pulled up to the spot up from him where another car just left. [ a visual here a car parked behind us so we couldn't leave from behind there were several cars in line trying to leave and a car at the end ] well the car at the end honked at us and rolled the windows down and started screaming at us that she had work in 2 minutes and wished she would have that spot. My family member said that it was inconvenient because he couldn't move the car. After around 7 minutes of rambling at us she ended up say "good day sir!" In a rude way. Once we walked into the store a lady greeted us by saying hi and asked if we were new. We actually had many people greet us and help us out I ended up buying: 2 shower jellies, 1 bath bark, 3 bubble bars, hand melt, 1 shower scrub, face scrub, and 4 lip scrubs. I love the thought of them being very organic and pretty cleansing for the body. The overall service was absolutely wonderful and there professionalism was great. They made me feel like I've known them for a long time and we were best friends! Definitely will go there again. As for the girl in the parking lot who happened to be at the register kept quiet and didn't give us any sass or attitude so I have to give her props on her professionalism. read more

This quirky, all natural skin and hair care store makes for an interesting and fun stop on any trip to Keystone. Based upon the idea that all hair, make-up, and skin care should be natural and organic, the store features masques of all types made up in fresh batches from all natural products, such as cucumber, ginger, asparagus and other edible foods. A favorite is "Ayesha" a masque with the most wonderful natural scents. Required to be used in about 3 weeks' time, the masques are sold in relatively small containers (but enough for about 6 masques) for only $6.95 each. Other products include soaps, which can be sliced and purchased by weight, eclectic eye shadows in zany colors and coconut scrubs and hair products. A little hectic and small space-wise, the friendly and outgoing staff, along with the wonderful masque products, made the place worth a visit and a purchase. read more

Today was my first time visiting a Lush store and I was instantly overwhelmed; however, several awesome employees helped me out by suggesting products for me and helping me sample things. I was mainly looking for a shampoo bar, and I was helped to find the best one for my hair. I ended up also getting a bath bomb, solid conditioner, lip scrub, and some charity lotion. I may have ended up walking back out due to how overwhelming the store and products are if you aren't familiar with them, but the staff was helpful without being pushy. The items can be a bit pricey but worth every penny. My wife introduced me to these products and I've only experienced one of their bath bombs and was pleased with the aroma that it created in my bath as well as the feeling of my skin after my bath. From time to time, I spoil my kids with their kid size bath bombs, and they love it. Like I said it a bit pricey so they don't appreciate it as much as my wife and I do. My wife is a big fan and I love to spoil her and sometimes these bath bombs can set the mood for a very romantic evening with the rose smelling scent and rose petals, glitter or stars made inside the ball shaped product. There's one even called the sex bomb, has a rose petal shaped design carved within the ball shaped. The New Orleans location closed down so my wife hasn't had the pleasure of visit the store to replenish her stock. While in the Indianapolis area, I found on the internet there was a location at the fashion mall on the way to the airport. So I took it upon myself to surprise my wife with a gift from a business trip other than a magnet (got a magnet anyways to tease) and purchased one of their gift boxes. I Love my wife and I love this store and their products. I would like to try some of the other great smelling products they offer just haven't had decided what to try.
