Terrible staff with lack of knowledge. I've been behind a transfer of service from one state to another for over a month and said I needed all policies transferred and to take effect beginning of month, and it did not happen. In fact, the young lady assisting us through this process did NOT understand that all services needed to be transferred after I spoke to her multiple times. I emailed them, I called them and nothing. The person I was dealing with went on maternity leave and did not do proper transfer of client information that she was working with. I made myself clear via emails and phone calls. Given their lack of response, I had to call the 1-800 number and speak to someone there. They were finally able to reach someone at the agency after I had called twice that morning (during business hours) and even messaged the Agent. It seems they do not want our business. It is extremely disappointing as my family has been a client of State Farm for over 40 years and this is definitely the WORST experience out of all states who have provided us coverage. They do not communicate. Terrible Service and attention to Detail, lack of follow-up. There are a few other agents in the area, give them a try. read more

Perhaps the worst State Farm office in the Houston metro area. I was charged for renter's insurance for 2 years AFTER I had purchased my own home and was no longer renting. Each time I called and asked to cancel the insurance, they agreed... but kept charging me. That's in addition to all the little clerical errors this office makes, they never changed my address when requested, they misspelled my name so my policy wouldn't show up on the web portal... really bad service. They are nice when they answer the phone, but they do not follow through with absolutely anything. Cannot tell you how important that is in an insurance company--it's crucial!! BTW, Farmers is cheaper yall. Save yourself $100 a month and a whole lot of headaches and bypass this terrible office. read more

The staff treats their clients with the utmost respect and they are very very friendly. A notable observation is that they team is engaged and they were not on their cell phones. I have had an amazing experience with this agency. They were able to help me in every way possible, including being able to communicate with my extremely hard to understand parents that have recently moved here from Mexico. :) I highly recommend this agency to anyone. Specially to those who have to watch over their parents who are Spanish speakers, or if your parents ( old school ) just like to speak Spanish when making a purchase. In this office everyone is bilingual including the agent. That's a major plus, because they can hear from the Agent directly without loosing anything in translation. That's my two cents. read more

Lupe the agent , was very helpful n informative when it came to getting coverage for the first time , I have been with this office 3 years and have not had a problem , especially with the current staff. They are great girls that truly take the time to help you resolve any issue or concern you might have. Yes they are a bilingual office but who doesn't need bilingual people?!!!! Honestly they make me feel like family, you can feel the love right when you walk in, my kids love getting a nice cold drink when they come pay with me. One of the worst agencies ever and customer service - I encountered with other state farm offices and agencies and never had such a bad communication and fall outs with their staff. They seem to only speak Spanish and most of their staff's English is not good enough to communicate with clients, when I ask them questions they cannot answer anything about policies or payment history. When I write e-mails to staff they do not even respond. When I ask for quotes I have to wait for days just to get an answer and they never acted fast enough I had to call other agencies to get things done before closing. I had existing policies with them that CANCELLED and they didn't notify me and they could NOT even explain why policy was cancelled or if they got a payment from mortgage company. When I call, I keep getting transferred to different persons which none of them could help me, I am so over it, never going back there. read more

The worst agency ever and customer service is horrible!!! The lady only wants money she does not care about the customers. The girls working there have no clue what's going on. YOU are better off going to someone else or a different insurance. Also it looks like she is running a day care in the back, it's not professional at all. Stay away from this lady.
