We had hoped for a more professional and proactive experience. Unfortunately, we ended up needing to seek help elsewhere to get our records cleaned up and organized.

Further, we went weeks without communication and had to initiate follow-up several times, which is frustrating when turning to human tax professionals for support. Finally, to top off the blatant disregard for customer relationships, we were denied a meeting to discuss our concerns and request for a refund due to all of the challenges and poor services rendered. I'm disappointed in our experience this year and sad to have to take my business elsewhere.

Mr Williams has been in the tax business for years, and I don't think there's anything too complex for him to handle. He was able to prepare a return not only for the two of us but also for my husband's small business. On our initial interview, he asked quite a few questions so that he could understand our situation, which happily led to some unforeseen deductions. He took the time to get to really know us, and we knew from that initial meeting that we were in good hands. Within a month, our taxes were ready to be filed; Mr Williams was meticulous and when I reviewed all the paperwork, he'd thoroughly covered every point; nothing was missing. We ended up getting a little money back not only on our federal but also our state return, and I ascribe that to his attention to detail and incredible care in his work. We'll continue to be customers of Mr Williams as long as he practices his craft, which we hope will be for quite a long time!
