We also experienced penalties and additional stress due to mistakes that we felt should have been avoided. When we asked for clarification on completed vs. incomplete work and discussed reimbursement for unfinished services, communication largely stopped. We had hoped for a more professional and proactive experience. Unfortunately, we ended up needing to seek help elsewhere to get our records cleaned up and organized.
