They kept the Dasher waiting more than 30 min and the order took over an hour to hand off to the Dasher in total. Their phone was never picked up (even though the Dasher was texting me that he could see them ignoring the phone, 2 calls) and "voicemail has not been set up". Dasher was begging me to call the restaurant or DoorDash customer service to cancel the order (I tried, DD wouldn't let me cancel as "order is being prepped", which it wasn't, the Dasher texted me saying they told him they were busy and hadn't started it yet, after the poor guy had been standing there for 20 min. The Dasher texted me saying the counter person was suggesting I cancel the order (!?) , which again, I couldn't. 10 min later, order shows up, no $7 vanilla shake ("they ran out") 2 lemonades instead. And my BBQ chicken and bacon burger? No bacon, no cheese. Room temp onion rings. And the burger, tasted like it looked, one bite was one too many. If their employees hate their jobs, they should quit, don't take it out on the rest of us, we're just hungry.
