Lisa didn't make me try and decide on the exact menu, she did it for me and that was a huge help. They make these little twice baked baby potato bites that were out of this world. You'd think a chicken skewer would be boring, but not these. The "Texas Caviar" was a huge hit.Everything was clearly made with quality ingredients and the presentation was perfect. They provided literally everything for the guests down to little baby forks for the cheese. We opted for staff to help manage the offerings and food and it was worth every penny. Chef Matt was busy assembling fresh hors hor d'oeuvres while Cindy and Mary were diligently attending to the guests. They mastered the art of being there when needed but not over doing it. He brought all of the ingredients and made sure they were quality, natural and organic. He walked us through our menu and coached us along the way - showing us cutting techniques, cooking techniques and even plate presentation tips and tricks.
