Great breakfast place. Owner, Win, greets you with coffee at the ready as you find a place to sit. Mugs are already on the table. Fresh food and ingredients. Things are made to order. Deb is in the back cooking up a storm. The portions are generous. Prices are reasonable. I ordered the All Day Breakfast Special. The sausages were juicy and hot. This is important. I don't know how many times I've ordered sausage for breakfast at other joints and you know they've pre-cooked them and then reheated them and they come out all dried and wrinkled. These my friends were plump and juicy. Pork product perfection. A little too much butter on my toast is my only gripe. Next time I'll know too ask for it on the side. read more

This place opens it's doors from 7 a.m., until 3 p.m. weekly...and 7 a.m. - 1 P.M. Saturday.... We went to "Lunch Matters...Breakfast Too" today, April 23rd, 2014... What a place! An Old Style Diner, straight out of the eary 60's! Whith food portions that reflect that era... It's a friendly environment, with very nice people working there... The food is remarkable! We had a Hamburger with "The Works" and were amazed when it arrived! The Burger is about as big around as a Teacup Saucer, or side plate, and heaped FULL of Mushrooms, Lettuce, Toms, Cheese, finely sliced cooked Onion, Pickle, and a BIG... as "Earls" puts it... Hand Smashed Meat Pattie...around 3/4 of an inch thick... I probably missed an ingredient or two! We ordered the Fries with it, and they were perfect...Nothing was greasy... We saw the biggest, yummiest Breakfasts come out of that Kitchen...Including 2 Eggs Benny, with trimmings for $8.95...I'm getting that next time.... I have one thing to say, when you go there be prepaired to get stuffed, for a fair price! ha! ha! "The Works" Hamburger with Frys, or Salad or Soup was only $9.95 !! I have never seen a BIG Burger like that in this valley... Anywhere else you go, they "Stack" a Small Burger on a Small Bun...you are left with an upwardly challenged teetering Small Burger, and you have to unhinge your jaw to eat it... along with a $15.00+ bill for your trouble, ha! ha! This is certainly NOT going on at "Lunch Matters...Breakfast too"!! You get your money's worth! And get great Food! We'll go back! read more

Great place to go for breakfast or lunch with friends :) Place isn't loud at all, good location. First time I went in there I was looking for a different place on the street. The staff (AND a couple regular customers) all immediately tried to help me out. I was so impressed with them I came back the next time I was in town for lunch. Here it feels like you get a lot more than what you pay for. Meals cost about $9.00 and I promise, you won't feel short changed. Coffee is good, staff are friendly and of course helpful. Food was pretty average. I had the eggs Benedict and bacon. The proportion was nice. The flavour tasted like watery packaged sauce poured over grease hash browns. I would not order this again. My favorite place to have breakfast/lunch on a saturday morning. Everything is fresh homemade. LARGE PORTIONS! And very reasonable prices. The couple that run the diner are very nice and serve you as soon as you sit down. The coffee cup is never empty! If you have never had the pleasure of eating here your missing out. read more
