We love our Pulte newly built home but some of the finishing work was rushed and messy! Pulte sent Lunas to clean our outside wall that had stucco and grout splattered from poor worksmanship. I have a local house fix and flip company and I am ordering Trash Bins constantly. I decided to go with Lunas as my dumpster vendor but sadly it was a disappointing experience overall. I have four main problems I want to share about my experience. 1. The driver knocked over my block wall on the side of my house. They send a surveyor to take a look and he said they would charge the driver for it, I thought that was unethical but so be it. The wall repair took 7 weeks and it still was not completed. Im Constantly having to text/ call the manager to get the wall fix. I dont believe that it will be fully repaired. Ill have to come money out of pocket to finish it. 2. Two times I was over charged for bins I didn't order. One issue with overcharging was not resolved right away and took over a week speaking to management to get it fix. The second time it was fixed quickly with no issues. 3. On a different delivery the trash bin was delivered in front of the neighbors. The neighbors complained with the city and Lunas wanted the to charge me moving it again. I had confirmed I wanted it in my own driveway. I refused to pay a moving fee, when it was delivered to the wrong location. 4. Last they no longer want to take my service. Ive been dreading writing a negative post by giving them multiple chances. They have given up on providing service and there is not much I can do about it but share my experience. There are smaller issues but Im not going to address them here. I do believe in giving people another opportunity, so If you want to try them out, go for It have your own experience. As for me I will no longer recommend them to my friends and colleges. I will call my friends/house flipper friends and share my experience. Overall bad experience. read more

We started renovating our home about a month and a half ago & Luna has been nothing but AMAZING and accommodating. The front desk ladies are super sweet and make sure to check in with you and make sure you're available for pickup, drop off, or if you still need more time! I know that they could take days to deliver a dumpster but they got it to me in record time( I was just up the street though.) But regardless it was delivered. This is absolutely the worst company and they WILL rip you off. PLEASE note that Lunas and Affordable Dumpster are one and the same. They have deceitful business practices and tried making an unauthorized charge on my card 742.00 twice! They have a very low dumpster weight limit knowing full well that a 10 yard dumpster will exceed that weight, also knowing customers have no way of weighing it themselves. It's a total gotcha. I also asked if we could have the dumpster picked up in 24 hours in the lead up to Christmas. They told me no problem. I called and texted multiple times for pick up and no communication whatsoever for three days. The dumpster sat in front of our house for almost a week over the holidays creating an eyesore for our neighbors. The as low as 149.00 is a joke. Nothing is as low as 149.00. Obviously.. just more deceptive business practices. That is just the deposit. Be wary giving them your card because they will charge it at will. STAY AWAY. I realized I couldn't leave a review for 'affordable dumpster rental' because they are actually Lunas. They are probably trying to avoid anyone reading their epic bad reviews that are actually almost hilarious. I will be seeing about how to report them. This is the worse company I ever dealt with!!! This is a third party company that deal with Affordable dumpster rental both companies are crooks I suggest you find a different company unless you want Lunas and affordable dumpsters to keep charging your credit card over and over! I canceled my dumpster with Affordable dumpsters because the agent was so rude After canceling my dumpster on the day it was suppose to arrive due to their mechanical problems. Two hours later Lunas dumpsters called me and said they might be able to find me a dumpster on my original day of my order never told me they was a part of Affordable Dumpsters because I would've hung the phone up. I was quoted 389.00 for a 20 yard in the end I got charged 647.00 first the 389.00 then they came back and charged my credit card another 258.00 stating our container was over the weight when I asked for proof of weight and Ana told me we have our own junk yard. I learned my lesson STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND AFFORDABLE DUMPSTERS they will rip you off. read more

COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED.. Overall, can't complain with the service and pricing but with what I wasn't pleased was with one of your inexperienced driver. The first driver was great placing the dumpster to where I had asked, and had no problem. Unfortunately, it wasn't the same case when it was time for pickup. Not only did your driver take the dumpster but he almost took part of my metal fence leaving it a dent ! That could have been easily avoided if your pickup driver had been more experience or at least be more cautious..... I have used Lunas for multiple projects with remodeling and cleaning out storage/garages over the past 4 years. I have always had the best experiences. They are friendly and most important, easy to work with. Us (my husband and I) having very busy schedules is hard but they always help us out and work with us! I have never dealt with a company as complicated and unprofessional as Lunas!! Lets start with the beginning, I called and did the order for a dumpster rental through the phone. I was told $350 but I see the price online says $325 but apparently they are waiting to fix their prices online, the $325 was the old price. So then I'm waiting for the agreements and paperwork to get emailed, and it takes forever of course so I had to call back and then they were finally sent. This is was a Friday, I got the dumpster for the next day, Saturday! I was promised it would arrive no later than 12pm! And I mentioned how I would have the landscaping company there waiting so she promised 8am-12pm! Well its 11:59am Saturday and no dumpster, I call and apparently someone will call me back very soon to let me know where the driver is..... at 12:55pm I call AGAIN because as you see it's already an hour late and I get the same thing "I will put this as urgent and someone will get back to you right away" My rental comes at 1:04pm ‍ The driver doesn't have me sign anything, or gives me any kind of receipt, nothing. NOW TO THE BEST PART. The pickup of this dumpster. It was suppose to be picked up WEDNESDAY, I called Monday morning around 11am to make sure it was going to get picked up because 1. We don't need it anymore. 2. It's windy and dirt is starting to fly on our lawn and throughout the streets. 3. We have gotten 2 complaints from the neighbor. 4. We need the room to park our car! Well it's now Friday and this dumpster is still here... I call around 10:30am and I am told "the driver is dispatched and should be there very soon" ... well now it's Saturday and I call around 10:20 and I am told "the driver is dispatched and should be there very soon"........ Point of this story if you have made it this far is that I am hoping they get their act together and start acting like a business. And that they pick up the dumpster or maybe they just don't want it? They delivered the 40 yard dumpster to my billing address, not the delivery address. When I called they said the the delivery address was blank. Luna's had my phone number to call me with any questions, when i told them to move it to the correct address the Manager said it would cost me $70 as his truck spent gas and money. Hey genius when I had you refund my credit card charge due to cancelling the dumpster and remove the dumpster from the wrong address you spent twice the money. I was having my yard remodeled and my landscaper recommended Lunas for a dumpster. I went online and made the reservation, made notes, and voila, it was set up. They did what they were supposed to do (my HOA requires plywood under the wheels so i left some out for them to use and they did as requested online). The reason I came on to leave this review was not because they did their job, the reason was my 3 year old son loves trucks. He was out front when the driver showed up. He waved at my son and my son was ecstatic. He let the kids sit on his seat and take a picture. It made their day.
