First time at Western Elite transfer station. I had entered where the offices are and a helpful…read morestaff member came out and showed me where the entrance to the transfer station was located. Let me back up. I had called to make sure Western Elite was a transfer station ( I am new to the area). The lady was very helpful and asked where I was and she helped me locate the closes one to me. She also gave me the price per ton at each location. I was surprised by how helpful they were. The dump/transfer station is easy to drive to and dump whatever you are hauling. You throw your waste on the ground and it is great for dump trailers. Some transfer stations have you through your trash in the actual trailer which is a pain due to having to throw the garbage or waste over rails.

He assured me that this was exactly what he was going to do. He did not do that. Instead, he went to a transfer station and someone went through my stuff and stole my old iPad. The iPad ended up in California. I called Ken and Ken refused to take any responsibility or even offer to help. He was dismissive and really didn't give a crap. I texted him again a few days later and no response.

I have called him sometimes last minute & he has still managed to make magic happen for me to be able to accommodate my needs. I had utilized other similar companies in the past before finding Kenny & we used to always struggle to find someone reliable. There were countless times when I had several vendors set up for a job, was reliant upon dumpster delivery, only to have the dumpster never show up & have to re-coordinate all of the different trades... this is NEVER the case with Kenny & his team. I am a local realtor and property manager & like today, I had to coordinate 4 different unit trash outs all on the same day and was stressing being able to get them all done same day to avoid parking issues. Kenny was on time with delivery, was able to match my demanding schedule, & provided great service & customer service as always. 100% will continue to use his services every time we are in need now & well into the future. We appreciate small businesses with honest representation, compassion, CUSTOMER SERVICE & reliability. Thank you for your commitment to excellence. & see you on the next one! - Ren, Hive Real Estate & Property Management Group!

Not only did they do a great job when they ripped out the sauna and the terrible patio as well as the poor deck that fell into disrepair from my property, but they came out, gave me a good estimate, and then showed up exactly when they were supposed to. They were efficient and tidy. The gentleman whom I called initially even took time out from his bowling game to pick up the phone! That's dedication. I more recently called to ask about Rock removal but this was not something that they did. But he did the very graceful thing and referred somebody who did a wonderful job. I highly recommend their services!

We were moving out of a home and had accumulated waaaaaaay too much stuff. Most of it wasn't making the move with us and I tried giving away everything that still had value, but we were still left with a mountain of crap. It looked like Harry Potter's Room of Hidden Things had emptied itself onto my driveway and lawn. I'm sure the neighbors were furious and I was ready to cry because I didn't know what to do. I decided to get some quotes from junk haulers but it was so much stuff I was sure it would cost thousands. Contacting The Pick-Up Artist was one of the smartest things I've ever done. Setting up the service was easy; it probably took less than 60 seconds. The Pick-Up Artist's crew showed up on time, worked hard, and were super polite. They also must have performed some witchcraft on my lawn because there's no way all my junk fit on their tiny little truck, but when they pulled away a short time later the house looked like nothing had ever happened. All my stuff (not to mention my worries) rolled away down the street with them. It was faster, cheaper, and easier than I could ever have imagined. If you also need an on-demand miracle, this is the right place.
