Not only did they do a great job when they ripped out the sauna and the terrible patio as well as the poor deck that fell into disrepair from my property, but they came out, gave me a good estimate, and then showed up exactly when they were supposed to. They were efficient and tidy. The gentleman whom I called initially even took time out from his bowling game to pick up the phone! That's dedication. I more recently called to ask about Rock removal but this was not something that they did. But he did the very graceful thing and referred somebody who did a wonderful job. I highly recommend their services!

We were moving out of a home and had accumulated waaaaaaay too much stuff. Most of it wasn't making the move with us and I tried giving away everything that still had value, but we were still left with a mountain of crap. It looked like Harry Potter's Room of Hidden Things had emptied itself onto my driveway and lawn. I'm sure the neighbors were furious and I was ready to cry because I didn't know what to do. I decided to get some quotes from junk haulers but it was so much stuff I was sure it would cost thousands. Contacting The Pick-Up Artist was one of the smartest things I've ever done. Setting up the service was easy; it probably took less than 60 seconds. The Pick-Up Artist's crew showed up on time, worked hard, and were super polite. They also must have performed some witchcraft on my lawn because there's no way all my junk fit on their tiny little truck, but when they pulled away a short time later the house looked like nothing had ever happened. All my stuff (not to mention my worries) rolled away down the street with them. It was faster, cheaper, and easier than I could ever have imagined. If you also need an on-demand miracle, this is the right place.

Juan showed up on time, communicated clearly, and got straight to work. The pricing was fair and transparent, especially for the amount of junk that had to be hauled away. No surprises and no upselling, which I really appreciated. What stood out most was Juan's work ethic and attention to detail. He worked efficiently, handled everything carefully, and left the area clean when he was done. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about doing the job right. If you need junk or trash removal and want someone reliable and straightforward, Space Junk Removal is the way to go. I'll absolutely be using them again and recommending them to others.

When the crew arrived, they immediately said they could not move the bed down the stairs because it was too heavy and awkward. They then wanted an additional $200 to cut the bed into pieces. After leaving and returning with two more workers and a saw, they learned the bed could actually be moved without being cut apart. In the end, the bed was successfully carried down the stairs, proving it did not need to be destroyed as they initially claimed. I waited all day for the appointment, only to be told conflicting information and pressured into paying significantly more than the quoted price. The lack of communication, inaccurate assessment, and failure to honor the original quote made for a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this company if pricing transparency and reliability are important to you.
