These is a company with no respect for law or disabled persons. at PMI on s rainbow they placed a trash dumpster blocking several of the few handicap parking spaces including the van accessible one and the only usable access ramp. This clearly violates not only the Americans with disability act but State, county and local regulations. Total disregard of law. read more

SCAM!!!!! Please go somewhere else otherwise you will be paying more than you would like, they have great prices but they scam you by giving stipulations that are not in the contract read more

Absolutely fantastic experience. They had a delivery delay but made up for it with a future discount. Extending time was easy and I got a great container placement. I feel the price point and extension cost was affordable and sensible. I even called the morning of pickup and was able to extend. Thanks for actually being a person of your word and looking out for disabled veterans. read more

Great experience! I spoke with the girl in the office and she was incredibly helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to answer all my questions. The process was easy and the service was exactly what we needed. Highly recommend this dumpster company! read more

As a local house flipper, I opted for this company due to seemingly competitive prices, but it turned out to be a significant blunder. Their lack of understanding regarding good customer service ended up costing me far more than I initially calculated. Despite receiving an email specifying the pick-up time during the holiday, the company failed to adhere to the confirmed day. I ensured the street was accessible for dumpster pick-up, yet they didn't show up until Monday, five days later, and then charged me an additional $70 because they couldn't access the dumpster. Keep in mind, it had been five days since the initial email. Moreover, the dumpster was parked on a public street, and none of us have the right to dictate parking, especially when unexpected. The driver, who communicated with me, neglected to knock on my door to explain the situation. Instead, they chose to charge me without attempting to rectify the issue. Terrible customer service overall. I strongly advise avoiding them at all costs! ** reading the previous review it seems like the same issue happens a lot, it sad to see that business don't realize that loyal clients will make you more money in the long run read more

This company is a scam. They dropped off the dumpster and when they picked it up, there was damage to our asphalt. The company asked me to take pictures, and upon receiving the pictures, they stated they were normal marks, claiming they would fade in the coming months. HOW ARE GAUGES GOING TO FADE! I even offered to fix the gauges myself for a $250 credit. They hide behind a statement on the contract that they were not responsible for any damage. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! read more

DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY. I needed a dumpster dropped off and then picked up once filled. They picked up the dumpster but left MASSIVE damage to my driveway and the street. Left deep wide holes when they removed their dumpster. When I called to complain, I was told "too bad, you signed the waiver and it doesn't matter what damage we did." I SAW them do the damage and it was unreasonably large (left 5 foot holes) and they will do nothing but say "tough luck" for you. Worst company and customer service out of any type company I have ever dealt with. read more

Used their service a few times, this last dumpster rental left a lot to be desired as far as transparency to the customer concerning their fees, pickup times and their expected responsibility of the homeowner when a dumpster is on a public street. Unannounced until they were on property for 10min did a message come across via text message that they would be en route to pick up the dumpster. The dumpster was blocked by another car so they left and charged my credit card for additional pickup time.. The owner reached out, and basically tried to further deflect the issue of proper communication. Instead of accepting responsibility for the miscommunication he chose to explain that his company would be "breaking even" or "loosing money".. Sometime in business you win, and make a profit. Other times you get a lesson. And truly a $75 loss on a customer that has used your service several times before with zero issues.. you think you'd do the right thing, and then retrain:recheck your staffs messages to customers. We will be disputing the charges with our credit card, and discontinue using and recommending their company. read more

Vegas Dumpsters - Dumpster Rental Near Me

I have been recently working on updating and remodeling our house which my husband was born in over 55 years ago. It can be difficult and slow going at times but one thing I never had to worry about was my Dumpster. Vegas Dumpster was extremely accommodating with the length of time and my needs of a Dumpster. They were so professional with all my requests and even assisted with a Dumpster at my parents house which resulted in high reviews from my family as well. They arrive on time, are clean and have various sizes to customize your needs. The staff was caring and concerned with my requests and made me feel that I had one less worry to accomplish my projects with. I highly recommend Vegas Dumpster. read more

I rented a dumpster for yard debris. When they picked up they hit our side yard fence and bent it up. They said they would fix it but never showed. Crap company. read more

My mother passed in Henderson on 3/17. I live in MN, and needed to make arrangements to clean out her house in April. My original plans fell through upon arriving in Henderson, and needed to arrange for a dumpster on a Sunday for a Monday clean out. Stephanie answered my inquiry on a Sunday. She was the only business of many that I had called to return my call that day. We arranged for a 10-yard dumpster to be dropped in the driveway, and due to our tight schedule, she agreed to make it the first stop of the day. Her price was also the best I had found! As we began to clean, we saw that there was no way a 10-yard dumpster was going to work. I threw out a Hail Mary and left another message requesting a 20-yard dumpster instead. I fully expected that not to happen, as I felt I had asked too much already. However, a few hours later Stephanie confirmed the 20-yarder, and it was only about $44 more! What? No way! It was promptly delivered on time Monday morning. Throughout the entire process, Stephanie was very empathetic to our needs, and understood that it was a stressful situation on several levels. However, she was able to address all of our needs, and do it at a most reasonable price. This was one of the best business experiences I have had with any company in my 57+ years on this planet. Thank you, Stephanie, and thank you, Vegas Dumpsters. read more

Quick to drop off and collect payment but when it comes time to pick it up... it's whenever it's convenient for them. The guy that answers the phone is extremely rude. Not an ounce of customer service etiquette with this guy. read more

Not good at communicating. We ordered the dumpster to come & didn't show up until the very next day. Would not recommend.

Best value I could find for dumpster rentals in Las Vegas. Called and had it dropped off the next day with no issues.

Gave me a window then came at 6:55 am early before the 8 am window of delivery. They called at 6:55 and I rushed to the site by 7:25 before the 8 am window provided for dropoff but the driver decided to just drop it and leave. The dumpster was right where the work was to occur. Richard Taggard was terrible at customer service and insisted too bad even if delivered outside the time window and wanted to charge me $75 to move it. I refused and told them I do not want to work with such an unethical company and paid $150 for them to just take it away empty. I was refunded the rest of my fee but it was an example to hopeless customer service. I would never use them again. I use dumpsters about once a month sorry I tried them it will not happen again. read more

Excellent company to do business with! I have sold two house in Las Vegas the past four months due to a family move out East. Both house clean-outs required a dumpster so I didn't lose my mind.... ha ha. This company was EASY to work with! The dumpsters were delivered and picked up on time. The drivers did an awesome job both times placing them on the driveways so we could park a car next to them. I needed to have the second dumpster an additional day..... no problem! I just emailed them the day before and it was an extra 10 bucks. THANKS GUYS! read more

I tried another company that didn't show, didn't call and keep me hanging. I finally got fed up and called Vegas Dumpster. They are the BEST!!!! From order, to delivery, to pickup. They did what they said they would, when they said they would do it. Junior delivered the 10 yd dumpster and could not have been more accommodating. I highly recommend this company. They will NOT let you down. Besides Juniors great service, they office staff were also wonderful. Vegas Dumpsters ROCK! read more

They were very communicative through Yelp. Very fast replies. I booked my dumpster online with ease. They are the only company that I could find that actually had their prices listed on their websites. I called over 10 companies and their prices were so elevated that I returned back to Vegas Dumpsters. Plus I received great customer service. My dumpster was scheduled to be delivered the next day. Unfortunately, I had a personal issue come up. I had to cancel the dumpster. Vegas Dumpsters were very understanding and were able to give me a refund with ease. Thank you. read more

Like a lot of companies in this town can't show up when there suppose to. My contractor got confirmation that the dumpster would be pickup and there it sits. When the driver came to deliver it I was lucky I was home as they gave him the wrong address. read more

We called to schedule a dumpster for our home renovations. My husband scheduled to have it arrive on the 12th. We were told it would arrive between 7am - 11am. A little after 11 my husband called and was told it would arrive by 2pm. A little after 2 he called again and was told it would be delivered in the next 2 hours. After 2 hours went by he called again & was told a drived was coming out. At 6pm, the dumpster arrived, the driver dropped it in the middle of driveway so he was asked to move it to one side so we had room for the construction materials. The driver said there wasn't enough room in the street to do that and my husband, a truck driver, told him that just wasn't true so the driver finally moved the dumpster. We then called the office & said that since the company COMPLETELY failed to deliver the dumpster in time, we wanted the 7 day rental to start the next day. The woman agreed & said the rental would begin on the 13th. This morning, the 19th, we woke up to a driver in the street getting his truck in place to pick up the dumpster. My husbamd went out to talk to him, said we hadn't called for a pick up and our rental went 1 more day. He came back inside & called the office & left a message. While waiting for the callback, we saw the driver still manuevering to take the dumpster so my husband went back out to say no, we still have another day & the driver said we'd pay $75/day rate. My husband said fine and came in. He then recieved a call back from the manager, Cinthya. He explained the situation & she told him that 1-the agent who said the rental date would be pushed back was wrong, they don't do that and 2-we would be charged a $250 pick up fee for sending the driver away. My husband explained that, per the rental contract they had sent, we could keep the dumpster for over 7 days and we would only pay $20 a day. Further, we had never called for the pickup so we would not be responsible for any additional charges. She replied that we would pay because that was their policy. He let her know that the credit card we used to pay for the rental would be alerted of thier fraud, and they are welcome to fight for that amount. This company is clearly not concerned with providing a positive customer experience. Not only that, but they seem pretty okay with ripping people off so if you're looking for a dumpster rental, call this company at your own risk. read more

i got accosted by one of their drivers. he dropped the neighbors dumpster in front of my house and i asked him to move it and he got right in my face and said "6 inches! You want me to move it for 6 inches!) (It was more than that). He was a very aggressive scary guy. Don't use these bullies! read more

The dumpster was surprisingly clean and delivered quickly. It was very reasonably priced and I was very pleased with the service!

This company has been AMAZING! They are professional and go out of their way to help you get your dumpster personally set up and make sure you're comfortable. I will be using them again, I rented the 40 yard and it was the perfect size but they have many other options and are available as soon as next day which is really convenient. Driver showed up and called upon request so we could find the perfect placement. They are the most affordable company in town that I found and I recommend this company to anyone who may need a dumpster rental. They will take care of you! Thanks Vegas dumpsters! read more
