My experience with them was quite a while ago but I have to give them credit. I keep seeing their…read moretruck driving around and I grumble to myself as they pass that I really owe them a review. Not only did they do a great job when they ripped out the sauna and the terrible patio as well as the poor deck that fell into disrepair from my property, but they came out, gave me a good estimate, and then showed up exactly when they were supposed to. They were efficient and tidy. The gentleman whom I called initially even took time out from his bowling game to pick up the phone! That's dedication. I more recently called to ask about Rock removal but this was not something that they did. But he did the very graceful thing and referred somebody who did a wonderful job. I highly recommend their services!

We were moving out of a home and had accumulated waaaaaaay too much stuff. Most of it wasn't making the move with us and I tried giving away everything that still had value, but we were still left with a mountain of crap. It looked like Harry Potter's Room of Hidden Things had emptied itself onto my driveway and lawn. I'm sure the neighbors were furious and I was ready to cry because I didn't know what to do. I decided to get some quotes from junk haulers but it was so much stuff I was sure it would cost thousands. Contacting The Pick-Up Artist was one of the smartest things I've ever done. Setting up the service was easy; it probably took less than 60 seconds. The Pick-Up Artist's crew showed up on time, worked hard, and were super polite. They also must have performed some witchcraft on my lawn because there's no way all my junk fit on their tiny little truck, but when they pulled away a short time later the house looked like nothing had ever happened. All my stuff (not to mention my worries) rolled away down the street with them. It was faster, cheaper, and easier than I could ever have imagined. If you also need an on-demand miracle, this is the right place.

Not only did the workers help unload my van of recyclables (i did have the recyclables sorted a bit first) they re-sorted the items into the different categories and by doing so i actually made a chunk of change more. (like 25-50 dollars) they did not have to do this it would have been easy for them to lump everything together as i had sorted the items and i'd of never known the difference but no they kindly helped and made short work of sorting all the recyclables i had brought with me. the facility is clean (as a scrap yard can be, everything in it place) and professional looking. they even have some really neat nick-knacks placed around that people have recycled , like 4 solid brass horses and a small suite of brass armor. the technicians are bi-lingual and communicate efficiently with each others and costumers (in my experience) to get paid you take the recite the technicians give you up front to an office window where a kind voice gets you a check quick as a flash (the window is blacked out for their safety so no faces just voices) and off you roll sown to the bank happy as can be.
