Let me back up. I had called to make sure Western Elite was a transfer station ( I am new to the area). The lady was very helpful and asked where I was and she helped me locate the closes one to me. She also gave me the price per ton at each location. I was surprised by how helpful they were. The dump/transfer station is easy to drive to and dump whatever you are hauling. You throw your waste on the ground and it is great for dump trailers.
