Since my…read moremembership ended because of a very inappropriate JUNIOR high performance tennis coach in the middle of June, I have asked for a refund. They have now gone through 2 and half billing cycles talked to about 4 to 5 people between the horrible treatment on and off the property of said coach, who went through the system to get my personal information to retaliate for contacting upper management on his gross behavior, pursuing me and other members at the same time, giving free lessons to nonmembers, (I guess if you used to play for Intennse the rules don't apply), asking for inappropriate things with other members and myself, threatening me, even treating junior players bad. The only time you get fired from the same position, high performance coach is if you curse out an 18 year old junior player and his mom off property at a tournament in another state not if you assault a member. Corporate is really lacking in their moral standards. The list goes on where they do not care. Do not go to them about anything, they will not help you. I still have not been refunded, it shows in the system as zero balance, after continuing to be treated like I was the problem when in actually it was the club and their employees. It is so disappointing when all I did was try to support them for years. I spent at least 30k at this club in 18 months supporting their programs. Took so many lessons and tried to help as much as I could. It didn't matter who it was I showed every employee from every department respect and became friends with a few, to be so disrespected in the end. I would never have came here if I knew this was going to be the outcome. Now they have legally threatened me, still no refund it's been longer than 5 business days and 55 days since the initial request.

Over time, though, the start times have drifted -- sometimes beginning 10-15 minutes late and wrapping up early before the next session. It's frustrating not knowing when the actual instruction time begins or ends. Another issue is the inconsistency with the coaching. The coaches seem to rotate frequently, and there doesn't appear to be a clear, consistent curriculum from week to week. Some coaches focus more on warm-ups and running than on skill development, while others (like Odell and Ronaldo) do an excellent job teaching technique and engaging the kids. Unfortunately, we haven't seen them in a while, and switching days hasn't helped us find them again. We've also noticed that while the club doesn't require cleats or shin guards, several kids wear them, which gives them an advantage during drills and scrimmages. It would be helpful if TOCA clarified equipment expectations so all players can participate on an even playing field. Overall, TOCA Marietta has potential -- especially when led by strong coaches -- but the inconsistency in scheduling, coaching style, and structure has made our experience uneven. With more stability and clearer communication, this could be a great program.

We were told that our pizza would arrive at 4pm, we didn't receive it until about 4:30p, then around 4:45-4:50p our room attendant shows up to rush us out the room. I get that our time was up at 5p, but our pizza took forever and if we would've had assistance throughout things might have flowed better to prepare for the next guests(if there was a party)after 5p.

My team was losing until flip cups lol. We came back and won the battle lol! My husband said he enjoyed it and would do it again & that he had more fun than he expected. That's a win in & of itself! lol Please bring cash or have Cash App to tip your host and game tech advisor person; I forgot the title lol. They make your game show battle experience fun! This venue is in the perimeter area near target and the forum. There is street and garage parking available for free. There is a separate entrance from the forum. When we arrived we were offered beer and wine. Then the game hosts came and introduced themselves and provided instructions. They divided us into two teams and had us select our nicknames and team name. Then we headed into the game room. We played several different games like wheel of fortune, family feud, and price is right. We had so much fun. After the games we returned into the first room and had food. I definitely recommend for team and friend outings.
