Staff are overall very friendly and professional both. A handful clearly wanted to be somewhere else, but most were great. They were stationed at specific areas and kept them safe (for example, only one jumper per "square" of trampoline) and fun. If you join in, be ready to sweat. It's a lot of fun, and it'll wear you out, especially the foam pits. Those things are hard to move through! If you are in the foam pits much, expect some of the orange and black fuzz from the cubes to rub off on you. Not a ton, but some. Depending on when you go, other jumpers can make the experience less fun, but that's not the staff's fault, and they're doing the best they can to make it fun. Didn't try the food, but it was available with plenty of seating. Facilities were all clean. They had benches for those who didn't want to jump. Fun place, all things considered. It's a worthwhile way to have some fun with your kids. Update as of January 2026: took a group here and rented a room. Good experience. Very friendly staff; made our time a great experience. The manager strolled over with no sense of urgency, tossed me some paper towels, and then walked off. He never said a word or asked if I needed help, ice, anything. Of the 5 visits this summer, 4 of them have required calling for support on the bumpers, most often resulting in having to change lanes, even after mentioning as we were booking a lane that we need one that has working bumpers. I get this - it's an older facility, and I've watched grown men hurl bowling balls at the bumpers for kicks and giggles, but the basic attitude of the workers here has been difficult. The actual techs try to keep things working, and when one is actually on staff while we are there they get things going pretty quickly. If one is not on staff, though, the majority of workers report they just started, and based on how often I see new faces there I don't think that's an excuse. For whatever reasons, this location struggles to retain staff. I get it: it's a bowling alley, but apparently whoever runs this bowling alley is not hiring and/or training adequately. We typically make an evening out of our visits with food and often games as well, which is why I'm a little surprised that no real effort is made to retain us as patrons. At this point, I might as well just drive to the closer Cherokee Lanes and save a few cents on gas for the same lack of quality. ______________ In the wee hours of the morning after I posted this review, a third-party, off-shore account "replied" to my review, leaving a broken link to something called momo. There are go-karts (which were genuinely fun), a zip line that suspends you over the entire park, ball pit dodgeball, arcade games, a skywalk-style ropes course jungle gym, a gladiator foam pit, VR experiences, and just about every high-energy activity you can imagine. It's basically a giant indoor adventure park. My son had an absolute blast. Shoes off, special socks on, running from station to station like he had discovered his personal paradise. We ended up signing up for a membership, which felt worth it since friends get half off when he brings them. That alone made it feel like we'll be back often. For parents, there's a café with pretty decent pizza and massage chairs scattered throughout the park where you can actually sit and pay for a quick massage while your kid burns off all their energy. I appreciated that the bathrooms were relatively clean, especially for a place with this much traffic. I skipped the popcorn because it looked a little dried out, but everything else we tried was solid. My only real critiques: staffing seemed a bit thin. Some of the teens working there appeared more focused on chatting with friends than actively monitoring the stations. And personally, I found it a little dark inside, which made it harder for me to keep eyes on my kid. That might just be my "I'm not 22 anymore" moment talking. We were told to grab gloves (optional) and googles (mandatory) and were given the option to use lockers to lock any items up before we began "raging" and instructed to grab a weapon. The weapons ranged from axes to baseball bats to golf clubs etc. It is $30 per person for FIFTEEN minutes of "raging" in a "room" full of already broken items. As time went on the person behind the register brought us a few unbroken items to break but honestly it was weird. I feel like for the price point we should have been given more items to break instead of setting into an already demolished and chaotic room. We were also allowed to select the music to break things to but again something was still missing. Covid: masks are required to enter & you are expected to keep them on throughout thankfully. Staff also wears masks as well.

I mean adults like dinosaurs too. This was held in the parking at Whitewater and actually getting to the part of the drive-thru to actually see the dinosaurs took about 30 mins. As soon as you entered the parking lot, there was a long line of cars that weaved throughout the parking lot until you reached an attendant who directed which line of cars to follow to enter. The attendant was less than enthused about the drive-thru and pretty much just moved a cone and moved his arms to guide us forward. We reached the front of one line only to wait another 10 minutes before they cleared the last group of cars to come through and was greeted by a young lady who provided us with a piece of paper with a QR code to visit the website to listen to the tour (via SoundCloud) and a scorecard for the trivia questions asked throughout the tour. After making it through the initial waiting period, you feel as though you're making progress but you're actually just being moved towards the souvenir area where you can by various things to commemorate your trip. We turned on SoundCloud and listened to different facts about each dinosaur we drove by and tried to play the trivia game but with little ones in the car it was hard to focus on the game and try to keep them focused on the dinosaurs. With the amount of cars it probably took about an hour to zig-zag throughout the parking lot. At the end the trivia winner gets a certificate andddd that's the end of the show. For the amount of money paid, I guess I would've expected a little more but the birthday boy had fun so there's that.
