Luna Vinca - Made by Clare - Florists Near Me - Minneapolis, Minnesota

Overdue review for this fabulous shop! I contacted Luna Vinca with a very last minute request for a full wedding just a couple of weeks prior to my brother's wedding as we were unable to attend due to rising Covid concerns. Although we were all the way in California, couldn't consult with anyone in person and had an unreasonably short timeline given it was a full wedding, Claire responded immediately and kindly took it on. She was incredibly thorough, took all of the descriptions and reference, designed, set up and executed the entire wedding and was just amazing. The flowers were beyond our expectations, so incredibly beautiful, lush, romantic and above and beyond. I'm so grateful to their team for making it such a gorgeous event and for being so kind to work with even on such short notice. Highly recommend them in every way. Thank you!! read more

I ordered last minute birthday flower over the phone as my family lives in Minneapolis. They were prompt and very professional to make that happen effortlessly. I would highly recommend this business to anyone for ordering the flower. read more

I received flowers as a nice birthday surprise. I picked the flowers up within 30 mins of when they were delivered to my condo office. They were delivered Tuesday mid-afternoon and looked beautiful by Thursday evening they looked like most were dead. I threw them away on Friday. After talking with others, I decided to call the business, admittedly it was a week after the delivery. I asked to have the sender given a partial refund or that something be done for the sender. I was told that they would need to speak with the manager and they would get back to me that morning. I was asked to send pictures;I did. No one called me back and I called again and left a message. I was left a message the next day that said they "are slammed busy around here." When I was called back, I spoke to Jennifer, who I later discovered was the owner. She was also (according to her) the person I originally spoke with. She basically asked me what I expected her to do and was told that she could not tell "what has happened to the flowers once they here." She said they came in an opaque vase so maybe I didn't water them. I did and that the picture showed sunlight so that could have affected the flowers. The flowers were on my TV stand 12 feet from the nearest window. And the weather was below zero. She was rude and short saying that I was not the buyer. Duh! Basically, she kept making excuses and telling me she was slammed, busy and I waited too long to call and voice my complaint. What amazes me is if I had waited too long why didn't she say that during the first call?? Beautiful flowers turned into an ugly situation. All she had to do was offer a discount of some type to the sender. Instead she was extremely rude and very offensive. DO NOT SEND FROM HERE IF YOU WANT THEM TO LAST MORE THAN 48 HOURS!! read more

Luna Vinca - Florists Near Me - Minneapolis, Minnesota

This is the best flower shop in Minneapolis. 100% legit, high-quality flowers. Wide, seasonal variety, including several exotic (but still beautiful) types of flowers. Been there many times by now. My only fear is that my secret gets out and my wife finds out about this place. She thinks I'm a miracle worker and I'd like to keep it that way :) read more

I don't live in the Minneapolis area but called Luna Vinca to help with some flowers and found them really great to work with. The destination was just down the block from their store and despite it being late in the afternoon, they were willing to accommodate same-day delivery. I ended up just having someone swing by to pick them up since I needed to delay by a couple days, and they made that super easy by just having us call them when we were ready so they could bring the flowers down to the loading dock and not have to deal with finding parking, etc. Would definitely use these guys again for future Minneapolis-area floral needs. read more

I have been in two weddings that Luna Vinca has done and both had the most beautiful flowers. They are so creative and do an excellent job. I have heard from both brides that they never told them they needed to spend more money either which is rare these days. I thought the price was reasonable for what they received! read more

I hired Jennifer for a wedding at our home. I hired them based solely on reviews from others . They were right! Her style is relaxed, and her experience showed through everywhere. We had one meeting about what I envisioned, and a final meeting to check nothing had changed. The flowers delivered on time, and more beautiful than imagined. Every single detail. Victorian romance... stunning. I would highly recommend her for any floral job. read more

Luna Vinca - #LunaVinca. - Florists Near Me - Minneapolis, Minnesota

I used Luna Vinca as the florist for my wedding and Jennifer went absolutely above and beyond for us. We had many many consultations with her and my mom and discussed every last detail. The flowers were immaculate and rather than sending the flowers with a delivery person, Jennifer showed up herself the day of the wedding to make sure everything arrived and was set up perfectly. I still love to look at pictures of my bouquet, the colors were literally stunning. The prices were reasonable as well! HIGHLY recommended! read more

Luna Vinca - Beautiful!! - Florists Near Me - Minneapolis, Minnesota

I hired Luna Vinca for my wedding. The theme was whimsical, summery, and low key, and Luna Vinca understood my vision. I made my own centerpiece vases and they stuffed them for us. Everything they did was beautiful -- the centerpieces, bouquets, corsages, and boutonnieres. They were easy to work with and competitively priced. I highly recommend them! read more

I used Luna Vinca for my wedding and was absolutely thrilled with my flowers! Jennifer was more than a pleasure to work with. I planned most of my wedding from out of state so she initially met with my mother and then was great at communicating through phone/email after that. She really understood my vision even though I couldn't articulate it fully. When I came into town for the wedding, she met with me for an hour and a half and went over every single detail to make sure I was pleased. I left that meeting feeling so excited and I was not disappointed on my wedding day. Everything was exactly what I wanted! She is extremely reasonably priced for the type of work she does. I would recommend Luna Vinca to anyone. I really can't say enough good things!! read more

They have beautiful flowers, but horrible customer service. I called several times (no one ever answered) and left messages (no one ever returned the call). I went elsewhere -- to Indulge & Bloom, who answered the phone, provided fabulous service, and will get my return business. read more

Clare at Luna Vinca was easy to work and put together beautiful and creative arrangements for my wedding. Clare was very helpful, especially since we were wedding planning from a long distance. Most of our communication was through email and phone, and we were only able to meet in person once. During that meeting, we were able to finalize all of our floral plans. She did an excellent job setting up the flowers at both the wedding venue and at the reception venue. She incorporated our special needs, the inclusion of amethyst geodes, into several of the floral arrangements. I was so happy with my wedding flowers. read more

Fantastic arrangements, thrilled with their service. Called to request flower delivery to my wife, returning from maternity leave. Luna Vinca shared excitement over new flowers that just came in, perfect for spring. Provided direction for modern, vibrant and colorful arrangement, shared desired price range incl. delivery - and they knew exactly what to do. Thank you very much, made my wife's return to work very welcoming. read more

Clare had worked with us for our wedding and she was so wonderful to work with! She really listened to what we wanted from the bright flowers to greenery to the types of flowers and structure. We absolutely loved how the flowers turned out! They were exactly what we wanted. The peonies & rannunculus' were stunning. Everybody had complimented us on them on how gorgeous they were. Luna Vinca is my favorite go to florist in the North Loop of Minneapolis. Their floral arrangements are imaginative, colorful and expressive! They are so fun to work with, and always have fun fabulous ideas! read more

I was looking for something special and customized for my son. I had ideas and specifications; but no real solid order. I explained the reason for the delivery and was immediately supported with ideas, follow up, efficient communications and truly interested and thought filled solutions. The end result was so perfect and executed as promised. With no familiarity with a downtown Minneapolis florist, I randomly googled florists, spoke to another and was so supported by Luna Vinca. Lucky me...I found the best florist in the city! read more

I called and asked for an arrangement for my anniversary, not knowing much about flowers. They were so easy to work with, and were able to send something out that afternoon. The flowers were so fresh and long lasting, she enjoyed them for a couple weeks! I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for both top quality flowers and artistic design. read more

Luna Vinca made my wedding planning process seamless when it came to picking out flowers and centerpieces. They took my swatches and Pinterest board and made them come to life! I was unhappy with other florists I visited that simply suggested the most expensive flowers. Luna Vinca not only listened to my vision but suggested some ways to save money and to achieve a unique look to the bouquets, centerpieces, and flowers on the corners of an arch. Clare sketched out ideas of different ways to create statement looks and thought of details that I would've never thought about. She and the team created the most gorgeous garden look to my wedding. Guests were commenting all night long on how unique and beautiful the flowers were. Go to Luna Vinca if you want a carefree experience and impactful floral display! read more

I had an odd experience with a previous floral consultation that put me a bit on edge with the whole process. I'm by no means an expert in this area and I wanted to feel comfortable with the floral portion of my wedding. After meeting with Jennifer at Luna Vinca, I was completely at ease. I trusted her artistic capability and I felt like a valued customer despite the size of my event. She gave me a number of options to choose from and even though we chose to go with minimal floral arrangements, I was treated as well as someone who was spending thousands of dollars. They are affordable, knowledgable, professional and everything I needed to feel comfortable working with them on the planning end. I went in with slight specifics (color, general shape, and a couple of flowers I didn't want) what I got was more than I could have hoped for! Thank you so much for everything!! read more
