I contacted Luna Vinca with a very last minute request for a full wedding just a couple of weeks prior to my brother's wedding as we were unable to attend due to rising Covid concerns. Although we were all the way in California, couldn't consult with anyone in person and had an unreasonably short timeline given it was a full wedding, Claire responded immediately and kindly took it on. She was incredibly thorough, took all of the descriptions and reference, designed, set up and executed the entire wedding and was just amazing. The flowers were beyond our expectations, so incredibly beautiful, lush, romantic and above and beyond. I received flowers as a nice birthday surprise. I picked the flowers up within 30 mins of when they were delivered to my condo office. They were delivered Tuesday mid-afternoon and looked beautiful by Thursday evening they looked like most were dead. I threw them away on Friday. After talking with others, I decided to call the business, admittedly it was a week after the delivery. I asked to have the sender given a partial refund or that something be done for the sender. I was told that they would need to speak with the manager and they would get back to me that morning. I was asked to send pictures;I did. No one called me back and I called again and left a message. I was left a message the next day that said they "are slammed busy around here." When I was called back, I spoke to Jennifer, who I later discovered was the owner. She was also (according to her) the person I originally spoke with. She basically asked me what I expected her to do and was told that she could not tell "what has happened to the flowers once they here." She said they came in an opaque vase so maybe I didn't water them. I did and that the picture showed sunlight so that could have affected the flowers. The flowers were on my TV stand 12 feet from the nearest window. And the weather was below zero. She was rude and short saying that I was not the buyer. Duh! Basically,she kept making excuses and telling me she was slammed, busy and I waited too long to call and voice my complaint. What amazes me is if I had waited too long why didn't she say that during the first call?? Beautiful flowers turned into an ugly situation. All she had to do was offer a discount of some type to the sender. Instead she was extremely rude and very offensive. DO NOT SEND FROM HERE IF YOU WANT THEM TO LAST MORE THAN 48 HOURS!! read more

I don't live in the Minneapolis area but called Luna Vinca to help with some flowers and found them really great to work with. The destination was just down the block from their store and despite it being late in the afternoon, they were willing to accommodate same-day delivery. I ended up just having someone swing by to pick them up since I needed to delay by a couple days, and they made that super easy by just having us call them when we were ready so they could bring the flowers down to the loading dock and not have to deal with finding parking, etc. Would definitely use these guys again for future Minneapolis-area floral needs. read more
