They already closed their doors and were having what looked like a little get together in the back. I was so put off, I just came up with simply "ribbon?" (I was there for lots of things but it was the first thing that came to mind). Clearly that wasn't enough to entertain her, and she said to come back tomorrow. Now since I only live 7 minutes away, it would have been no big deal. But I actually needed stuff for a baby shower and didn't really want to stop by again. I ended up going to Lund's for Flowers and Michaels for ribbon and boxes and party favors. Just unfortunate because I love extra touches and was really excited about checking this place out, but not after how I felt.

At another cut, the stylist gave me layers to frame my face without consulting with me. When I commented after seeing it, her response was that it must have been just how my hair was falling at the time it was cut. I had asked for half an inch off at that appointment and cutting the layers meant at least four to five inches cut off. I asked for a half-inch trim at that appointment, so cutting off four to five inches had to be noticeable. I had just spent over a year growing out all my layers out, now need to start again.
