I picked out one of the most beautiful roses I have seen and the staff put it in a beautiful vase with greenery. Side Note: My partner loved the rose! Owners, Yvette and her husband, are so kind and professional. And they made the entire process a breeze. When i told Yvette to have fun with the large arrangement and tap into her creativity, i had no idea how gorgeous her work would be. I asked the hotel staff to have the flowers waiting in my room and when i walked in for the first time, i was positively blown away by how much the Rose Shop had exceeded my greatest expectations. Never in my wildest dreams had i imagined such purple and lavender and lilac shades of beauty. I very highly recommend this shop for everyone who lives in the Twin Cities and to anyone visiting. 11/10 stars! P.S. I asked for a box of rose petals to decorate the room with fragrant accents and to float in my bath. You can see some of them that i scattered around the large arrangement.

I'm in Florida, but it's important for me to look for and work directly with great local florists when sending flowers in another city (versus a flowers.com). Studio C made ordering online very easy with a quick form and the ability to pay online with PayPal. After ordering, I got an email confirming the order. The following day they had an issue with their delivery truck being backed up and they called me to check if it would be ok to deliver the flowers first thing the following day. I didn't have a problem with that. I heard that they'd been delivered the next day and were large and beautiful. You can't ask for anything else!

I will probably go to them again in the future!

(Surprise: he didn't.) I made a second phone call that went about the same way, but worse, since he asked for all the same information over again. I asked when I could expect a call back and got the reply "probably this afternoon." Shockingly, that didn't happen either.
