When my family sent me a photo, I was honestly surprised at how small the arrangement was compared to what's shown on their website. The flowers themselves were nice, but the size and overall value didn't match what I expected for $100. This ended up being the last time I was able to send my grandma flowers before she passed. I reached out and the only resolution they offered was 15% off a future order. Given the situation, that didn't feel like a meaningful resolution. Spend more money in the future to be disappointed again. I gave them a chance to make it right, but unfortunately they didn't.

A gorgeous pink creation that looks as beautiful and fresh today (Sunday) as it did the day they were delivered (even after a trip home in the heat from my office)! Friday was my bday and he had them deliver 12 red and 6 white roses to me. They are what made me decide to write this review. I normally don't care all that much for roses because they usually disappoint by drooping over or withering, plus the arrangements are usually pretty underwhelming. Man, let me tell you, the roses from Paeonia are the ones you see in pictures and movies - huge, great smelling, opening perfectly, and arranged with lots of unique greenery. We could only enter via the retail side (construction on the other entrance). There were 3 staff (& no customers at the time) at the checkout counter and not one of them greeted us (I get it, they don't have greeters). We went to the customer service/order counter and one of them finally came over and asked if we needed something we told them we needed an arrangement and she pointed us over to the floral section. Again, 3 staff at the counter (no customers) and still poor customer service. We asked about arrangements and an employee across the counter came over and handed us the binder and said to look through it. I have had to do this before unfortunately. I went to Richfield location and the staff were a lot better. They showed us the binder and stayed with us the whole time making sure our questions were answered. They also gave great customer service by asking what we're looking for in an arrangement (colors, size, if we had a budget, etc.). After we sat down with the binder another employee came up and checked if were helped (to the other employees). They never asked if we had any questions or anything. I feel like for what they are charging the customer service would be a lot better. As we were walking out that same employee asked if you found an arrangement. For sure needed that energy when we first walked in. We ultimately ended up going with another florist.
