Donato's is such a lovely shop! Lots of flowers and cute gift items. I picked up a bouquet of tulips and they are very pretty and healthy. I took a class here awhile back and it was so much fun! I learned a lot about how to care for the flowers and how to best arrange them. The staff here and amazing! It's tucked away in a business park but not far from Perkins. The frequency have sales and discounts in the coupon mailers sent in the mail. My flowers were wrapped with care. read more

I have ordered here several times since my favorite floral shop closed. I am out of state but my family lives in Minnesota and my mom is an absolute flower lover and, to put it as nicely as possible, a incredibly stringent bouquet receiver. After trying several floral shops after my go to closed (wisteria designs), I tried Donato's. This is my second order and it is mom approved! Which is like a Michelin Star for florists! read more

I forgot to order flowers for my Boss' dad's funeral last Friday, so I told myself I would call in the morning due to Donato's being closed. So I called on Sat morning. I had no idea that when I called, they were closing in about 20 minutes. I felt so bad. I told Angie I wanted to order the "Enduring Love Wreath." Which I know took some of Angie's extra time, and I am so thankful that she was willing to make this for me. She saved the day! I was relieved when I got off the phone to know that I was in good hands and that Donatos would be there for me! And they sure were! When I arrived at the funeral home on Monday, I saw them in the front of the room; they were SO beautiful! It's so nice to know that Donatos has your back! Thank you so much for being there during a very stressful time for me. It's appreciated read more

Donato's Floral - Exceptional! - Florists Near Me - Maple Grove, Minnesota

We chose Donato's Floral due to the rave reviews! However, others must be ok with mediocre because we're very disappointed with the bouquet delivered. Definitely wasn't expecting a clone of the original picture but this wasn't even close! For a $200 premium arrangement that was supposed to be 26" high, this was underwhelming, to say the least, and definitely not worth the investment. A refund for at least half the amount would be the right thing to do! 2 stars for effort.... read more

Yesterday I brought in a planter to have done, Marie helped me pick the flowers and colors, she said she would call me when it's done. To my surprise she called the next day and it was already done! When I picked it up it was exactly what I had in mind, it is so beautifully done. Is what impressed me about Marie she listened to my ideas and I listened to hers. And so she has a very happy customer and for sure I will be back! I should add when I dropped the planter off I expected it to be a week or so to be done, Marie said it just worked out and not always are they done in a day. Thought I should mention this for future customers. read more

Donato's floral is amazing! I called the same day for an arrangement to be sent and an hour later the recipient had already gotten the arrangement. It was exactly what I asked for over the phone without seeing anything and the timing was important and they nailed it! Fresh, beautiful, colorful, and perfect. I'll definitely use them again for floral delivery. Very impressed with their on the ball service and professionalism. Worth every penny. Super happy customer! read more

I have had Donato's Floral Shop make and deliver absolutely beautiful arrangements for Holidays, funerals and birthdays. They all are very talented and gifted with a very artistic flare. I never have to worry about anything when I order through them. People always ask where they are located and comment how beautiful the arrangements are. Very reasonable prices and lovely people to work with. They also hold classes on making holiday centerpieces and arrangements. It is fun to gather a few of your friends and go to one. They will also help you do your own wedding flowers right in the shop. They guide you through the process. read more

I ordered online and it said free local delivery. I paid, thought I was done. Next day they call me and said local delivery is just to Maple Grove (and I wanted Rogers). They wanted $15 more to delivery 3-4 miles away. Change your website to define local delivery maybe? read more

I recently had the opportunity to work with Donato's Floral at a wedding I was photographing! The customer service is outstanding. I called from out-of-state to place an order for a congratulatory floral gift and asked if there could be some "customization" of an arrangement that I saw online. Not only was that graciously done, some further artistic suggestions were made that suited me very well. It took time to do this and I appreciated it very much. I know that the recipient will be thrilled. read more
