I learned a lot about how to care for the flowers and how to best arrange them. The staff here and amazing! It's tucked away in a business park but not far from Perkins. I forgot to order flowers for my Boss' dad's funeral last Friday, so I told myself I would call in the morning due to Donato's being closed. So I called on Sat morning. I had no idea that when I called, they were closing in about 20 minutes. I felt so bad. I told Angie I wanted to order the "Enduring Love Wreath." Which I know took some of Angie's extra time, and I am so thankful that she was willing to make this for me. She saved the day! We chose Donato's Floral due to the rave reviews! However, others must be ok with mediocre because we're very disappointed with the bouquet delivered. Definitely wasn't expecting a clone of the original picture but this wasn't even close! For a $200 premium arrangement that was supposed to be 26" high, this was underwhelming, to say the least, and definitely not worth the investment. Yesterday I brought in a planter to have done, Marie helped me pick the flowers and colors, she said she would call me when it's done. To my surprise she called the next day and it was already done! I ordered online and it said free local delivery. I paid, thought I was done. Next day they call me and said local delivery is just to Maple Grove (and I wanted Rogers). They wanted $15 more to delivery 3-4 miles away. Change your website to define local delivery maybe? read more
