My physical therapist was superb. Kind, caring, respectful. But the concierge team is horrible, made billing mistakes. I was put on self pay. I said NO. That I have insurance through Regence Blue Shield. I called many, many, times reaching no one and put on hold for a TOTAL of many hours, wasting my precious time. I ended paying for self for my January 3rd, visit. I was pissed off. Because when I did get a hold of someone on concierge team, the person said I was on a self pay plan which COULD NOT BE CHANGED. Just a total crap pile of a company. My mom, who is unable to walk, was given a referral to these clowns for three things. They said they can only treat one issue at a time. OK fine, whatever. So, they sent a PTist out for an initial visit. I am told that he told my mom she was probably misdiagnosed and also that she did not qualify to be getting PT from Luna. I was surprised to learn this and called Luna to find out what transpired. Or, to at least hear their side of the story. I was on hold for 45 mins the first time and finally allowed their system to call me back. Nobody called me back. So I called a second time and the same thing happened. So, I sent them email and got an automated reply that they will get back to me. Their mailing address seems to be someplace in Tennessee. WTF read more

The physical therapy itself was great, and Mary Shores was awesome; the problem with this company is the cost. I was told they accept my insurance and it would be just a copay , but then they billed PER EXERCISE which of course my insurance balked at, and more than double what you would pay for self pay; so I'm having to pay more than double what a self pay would cost ($125/session). I used them a couple years ago and it was only a copay, but this time I'm having to pay more than $2K for 6 weeks of 2x week. I now tell everyone I know NOT to use this company or at least just don't use insurance for it. read more

I received at-home physical therapy services for 3 months following a knee replacement, and they were great! Very convenient and easy to schedule. I saw Kim Dines and she was exceptional. She observed my exercises and gave helpful advice to strengthen & increase range of motion. She also did manual therapy to break up scar tissue. She's very smart and compassionate. I would recommend Luna to anyone who needs PT, especially those who cannot drive to a clinic. read more

I am an occupational therapist, and this company was given a referral to start care for my grandmother. They continuously say that they don't have enough providers to come out and see her. She has been on their list for over six weeks and they still have not been able to find her a physical therapist. I'm not convinced that this company isn't an absolute scam. read more

They asked me several times the reason for the referral. I gave them the same answer every time, contracted fingers and balance. I also told them about the dog.They sent someone to work on the shoulder and she wouldn't come into the house with the dog there. read more

My GP gave me a referral to Luna. Quickly I was getting text messages, emails, and calls to get me to contact them to set up the first appointment. I did contact them and they said they would find a provider. A week went by with no contact. I called again and they "put my request on blast out to their providers." I heard nothing. Eventually I learned they found someone and we set an appointment for 2 weeks later. And then the appointment was cancelled (1-3 days prior to the date) but I was NOT contacted at all about the cancellation. I figured it out after the incessant texts/emails started up again telling me to contact them to set up an appointment. I called and they offered to put me on blast, but I mentioned that had already happened so they recommended I look around for a different PT company. And let me tell you - I will always be looking around for a different PT company when I have need. read more

I had totaled knee replacement. Joshua has been excellent! Gentle but pushy to stay on track FOR ME. He is very patient focused. He is prompt, thorough, neat and clean, sanitizes his equipment, very professional. The problem I had with this was getting the initial appointment. you have to wait for a therapist to pick up your case to get an appointment. Seems my area is lacking in available therapists. It took a lot longer than expected for a therapist to pick up my case. Luckily it worked out just in time. read more

I learned about Luna in AARP newsletter. Love the service. They come to you and they accept most insurance. My therapist, Stephanie is excellent. She's on time, very professional, listens to your needs and addresses them. My exercises are downloaded on their APP for review. Very convenient. I would highly recommend Luna to anyone. Post op for joint replacement, a friend told me about her very positive experience with Luna in-home PT. Turns out it's covered by my insurance so I checked it out. I was concerned they may use PT Aides instead of PTs with doctorate and plenty of experience. My PT (PT, DPT, will be the same one for the several months of therapy) is very experienced, knowledgeable, practical and enthusiastic. Answers all my questions and doubts. I wanted to wait until after I had a home visit to do this however, they gave me no choice but to respond now. My first doctor visit which suggested it may be sciatica contacted these folks. When they called me I told the folks I needed to start after I visited my pain doctor about the sciatica pain to see about other choices. I gave them that date. I also told them to let me know prior to scheduling what my cost was and what insurance was covering as I have 2 insurances and need to see about budgeting this. It may take 48 hours to know this information. Since then, they went ahead and scheduled a visit prior to seeing the doctor. I called and reminded them again about not scheduling me until I see my pain doctor. She said there may be a charge for cancelation. We had a discussion about that as I said this should have not have scheduled yet regardless and my information has not been provided. I did cancel prior to the 24 hours notice. I asked her to call after I visit my pain doctor. She said no problem, they would call in the afternoon. She was polite to work with. 3 day in a row I get a text asking to schedule a visit. I go online to register and there was no information on insurance or costs. At least that I was able to navigate to. But lots of questions about me which I have yet to answer. Then I get a call asking to schedule a visit. I called back and talked to Josh. He was nice. I asked him if they even read the notes. I told him why we are at this point now. I asked him to take me off the his list for future contact and wipe all my information from their records. I do not do business with folks who pester me to the point of what I consider SPAM. Way to "over eager" I will share my experience with the doctor who contacted you. I do work and have a life as well. It does take time to respond. No need for you to respond as nothing said will change my mind. I have read your responses about some of the other 1 star reviews and in my opinion, you seem to take very little to no responsibility. Paula is good at what she does. My only concern is that I do not get a full hour of service. She usually leaves in 45 minutes.

While initially grateful to have a service that would come to my home, my therapist did not seem very confident or experienced and was struggling with using the app on their end - our sessions often went over time, and I found the exercises to be quite basic. I had much more progress when I went to a local PT and resumed working out at the gym with my trainer. Separately the charges were at least double what my local PT clinic charges (before in-network adjustments) which just seemed bizarre given local PT has brick and mortar overhead. Lastly they are still attempting to bill me for services from a year ago with insurance charges pending, despite being in-network. Thumbs down. read more

I just started PT with Luna. PT seems legit. with good past experience. However, my 3 star rating is related to their app. It asked me if I wanted to tip my PT! This is NOT a catsitting, hair or nail service....this is a MEDICAL service!! A big shout out for Luna PT. over a year ago i hurt my achilles tendon. i looked into alternatives for rehab and decided to go with pt instead of a boot or any surgery. i found this very knowledgeable and compassionate gal by the name of Amanda Kress. because im up there in age she treated and pampered me slowly. after 7 months im very happy with her kind and detailed treatments and am back to walking more and building back to my pre-injury regime. I love my PT Brianna, she is really professional and super helpful. It's so convenient to have care in your own home. However, I ended up deleting the Luna app altogether because it was blowing me up for reminders and notifications. Way too much. I had an aphasia from a stroke. There's no program for a stroke. I needed help, but I could only select with one body of my issue. I started with the back, but I needed my shoulder too. Several people came over to my place, and they had some of the back, but I needed the entire back. I asked every single person about my shoulder, but they didn't pay attention to me. It's been a week since my surgery and I should of started my herapy after major surgery ​3 days ago. I am more than pleased with my contacts with Luna and my PT Erin, although it did take a while for them to find someone here in the Seattle area. Erin is more than professional and I have seen many therapists over my 83 years. She is non judgemental, encouaging and sets the appropriate goals. Daniel from Luna physical therapy has been going to my mothers home helping her with a gamut of physical geriatric problems. She cannot leave her house very often and has a lot of physical Complications and debilitations, he has been working with her for about three weeks two times a week and she truly looks forward to his visits.
