I was immediately impressed with their selection of vinyls and blanks including shirts, mugs, masks etc. The prices were fantastic as well! The owners were lovely and took time to answer all of my questions, showing me the difference between the different types of Heat Transfer Vinyl that they offer. As some of the other reviews said, the owner did not wear a mask. The reviews stating that she was unfriendly/unkind, and in my opinion were completely untrue. She was very helpful and kind during our visit. One other thing to note, I did struggle to understand the pricing of their products (the vinyl prices were visible but the blank pricing was not posted). They were eager to assist when I asked questions. My visit to Crafter's Warehouse Superstore was a good experience and I will definitely return soon.

She is really good at what she does and her prices beat chain stores every day! Even with her additional products like shirts and stuff her mark up is low and by the time you pay for shipping from a wholesaler yourself depending on what you BEP is you're better served by keeping the money in the community!
