I started in her beginner class and learned all the fundamental moves. Her class usually starts with warm up, then techniques and drills, finish with choreography and cool down. Now that I have advanced to intermediate class, she's been amazing at teaching us various choreographies with veils, zills, fans, and wings. I've seen her performed solos and with a group at the Texas State Fair and many local restaurants. I have learned so much from her classes and even performed along with her at various shows. It's such a fun experience!

This review is for Dance Mania on Wickham RD, next to LA fitness…read more I think this is and old address they are showing here. I have only one thing to nice to say about this place. Is the teacher Jen. She is young, fun and patient. NOTHING else is good. I can't wait to finish the classes I paid for and be done with this school. The place is a mess, crowded, kids in and out of room in the middle of the classes all the time. Teacher is late, place is Loud. Unprofessional and rude attendant at the front. My daughter refused to stay in the class of Ms. Sheryl and we moved to Jen's class. That's the only reason we are still going. Well, often they close the school for a week for competition (second time period of class) and don't let parents know, no Communication or email, we obviously don't go. Totally overrated this place

Bliss Fitness Studio in Melbourne, Florida exceeded my expectations from the very beginning. From…read moremy first phone call, Fanny was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and patient while answering my questions about classes and the two-week unlimited pass. She made the entire sign-up process easy and comfortable, especially since this was my first time trying pole fitness. My first class was with Cyn, and she was an amazing instructor. She created such a supportive and encouraging environment that made it easy to relax and actually enjoy learning something new. As a complete beginner, I appreciated how she broke down the movements step by step while making the class feel empowering and fun. If you're someone like me who has struggled to stay consistent at traditional gyms, Bliss Fitness Studio offers a refreshing approach to fitness. The energy, community, and unique classes like pole and aerial make working out feel exciting instead of intimidating. I highly recommend Bliss Fitness Studio to anyone in Melbourne or Brevard County looking for a fun and empowering way to get active.
