There are plenty of options throughout the week, from dance, step, ballet, yoga and Pilates. The yoga classes are more than just a good stretch--they actually challenge you to build strength, flexibility, and endurance. No matter your skill level, the instructors do a great job of guiding you through each session. I also have to give a shoutout to my personal trainer, Jillian. She's incredibly knowledgeable, motivating, and always focused on helping me improve. She's taught me a ton about proper form, strength training, and staying consistent with my goals. Her energy and dedication make every session both productive and enjoyable. The only things I'd like to add are more glue machines and a sauna. The gym is already fantastic, but those additions would take it to the next level. Overall, I highly recommend Beach Bodies to anyone looking for a great all-around fitness experience. The floor is never vacuumed and machines are coated in dust. The same weightlifting chalk spills have been there for months. I've even seen what appeared to be fleas jumping around on the floor in the back weightlifting room. The back room bathroom floor is often coated in urine. The women's bathroom in the front locker room often has no hand soap. I feel that there are other nicer clubs nearby that offer better value.

My issue; you allowed politics into the performance. The dancers for Ukraine unfurled a Ukrainian flag, as well as the dancer for Tea. This was very unexpected, not only by me, the audience as well. Their clapping stopped at seeing that flag. I have never, ever, seen any flags waved during a ballet performance! Your stage is not the place for injecting political beliefs/opinions. Keep your shows beautiful, please. We've all had enough of politics. We paid to see your ballerinas dance. Thank you.
