Especially helpful today I c'est they helped me redeem an appetizer promotion I had trouble retrieving on my Luna Grill App. I highly recommend using their app because it offers promotions like free appetizers or plate specials. This store did not start out great. I avoided it any time I wanted Luna Grill. Slowly they turned it around from in my opinion, a 1 star place to a 5 star place. The customer service is great. Food tasted clean. I had a half-salmon salad. My bowl came with chick peas, tomatoes, cucumbers, salmon, and pickled purple cabbage. I'm not really a salad person so I can't give it a five star because the food is not screaming to me to come back and get more. I thoroughly enjoyed my lunch. The ambiance was good, lots of people there so it tells you that people like their food. I'm curious about how their rice is because I am a rice person. Next time I will try their food with rice. This is our first time trying this establishment. So far so good. It's in the sprouts shopping center off of Newport Road. There's a huge parking lot. It's got salads, pitas, plates, and bowls. You can choose from chicken, falafel, or GYRO for your protein. It's quite busy for a Monday morning at 11:50 AM. The people that work here are very friendly as are the customers. We got both a GYRO plate with rice and harissa hummus. We also got the Greek salad. It all looks quite delicious. There's quite a bit of seating. The bathrooms aregender-neutral, which doesn't excite me but if you have to go, you have to go. Anyway, totally recommend this place if you're in the area. read more

Popped in to order a Mediterranean salad to go. It was freshly prepared, and delicious. Kayla, Claire & Karoline were friendly, responsive and patient while dealing with me and the next 5 customers that followed. This was an hour before closing. They ate whats missing in the customer service industry. It's rare to see people enjoying their jobs and doing them without attitude or complaining. I thought we would try the salmon this time. It was charred well, and who doesn't like a nice char? Well, I think you should rename it 'salmon jerky'' because it was so dry. The chicken was also very dry this time. The restaurant was so busy that cooking it too well seemed contradictory to the circumstances, you would think that it was left on too long or had been sitting for several hours on the warmer. The food was ready for pickup about five minutes later than the designated time on the app. The staff was polite and working hard. The place seemed clean. The food was a disappointment this time. On the combo plate, the chicken stood out: juicy and tender. The beef seemed to be a leaner cut and was a bit dry. I'd probably skip this particular beef kebab next time and try a different one. The saffron rice and grilled tomato were a nice complement. The plate also came with jumbo naan, served warm and smelling amazing, definitely a highlight.

I got the beef kebab plate and we got a side of falafel to share for the table (the falafel isn't on the menu but you can ask to order it as a side). The falafel came out piping hot and was crispy but not dry. The beef kebab plate was huge and enough for two people to share. The meat was cooked well and flavorful, and the garlic sauce (toum) was amazing. It wasn't super busy when we were there (on a Thursday evening), but our server was very nice. The portions are big at a good price, will be coming again if I'm passing through the area!
