We were blessed to be assigned Matthew H. to our job, and couldn't be more disappointed that we didn't go with these guys first. Matt arrived on time, communicated throughout the entire ordeal, spent over an hour looking over the roof, offered invaluable advice, and never disparaged the other company despite the COUNTLESS issues he uncovered. We are working on options to get our roof corrected and will absolutely call Firefighter Roofing if we're allowed to deviate from the original roofing company. There's nothing I appreciate more than people who carry themselves with character, respect, integrity, clear communication, and honest feedback. This roofing company has a good one in Matt H. and I wouldn't hesitate in letting his crew fix our roof. Stay blessed and good luck on your project if/when you decide to use this team. They are amazing from the time you call and speak with Laura until the rep shows up at your home. ABSOLUTELY ZERO PUSHY SALES TACTICS, AND I RESPECT THIS SO MUCH.

All communication was excellent. They completed our whole roof tear off and added a excellent new roof that actually has lowered our home insurance alot in less than a day! Clean up was excellent. When you call…read morefor estimates make sure you know if you are dealing with an actual roofing contractor or a company that will sub out all the work. I prefer dealing with the person who will be doing all the work. I did a lot of research on how Texas laws are different from other states and knew I had to go with Dennis. Just look at his website and you will get an education on roofing. Dennis uses only the best materials and names that I know and trust. Other companies will quote the work with companies I've never heard of. Their warranties on the labor will also be like 3 years instead of what Dennis will cover. You always want a contractor to communicate with you on everything and keep you informed. This was by far the best experience I've ever had with any contractor of any trade I've ever used. Everyone was professional and respectful. The roof went up in a day and everything was covered and then cleaned up. So if you want a good price, great communication, the right materials and knowing HonestRoof will do their best then it's a no brainer. Nothing but 5 star reviews.
