We even stop washing her hair as often due to the instructions. Her hair isn't as bad as before but thought it would last longer especially with that expensive price tag. I asked about what products to use, not that I wanted to buy it, but when checking out, I was rang up for the products at full price. I didn't want to make a scene so I just purchased it. Asking shouldn't be an assumption that I wanted to buy. So using their product suggestions and instructions on how to maintain her hair, didn't work out as well as I thought.

Everything from the initial consultation, to the shampoo/massage and cut and color and blowdry was absolutely fantastic. I got a tea tree hair mask while shampooing that felt super great, and although they didn't have the exact shade of red I had wanted to dye my hair, Stacy (the hairstylist) combined some colors to give me just what I wanted. Stacy makes sure that you walk out feeling happy and good about yourself and took the time to ask and make sure my hair ended up the exact way I wanted it to be. I was worried because not a lot of hairstylists have experience with ethnic hair, but she did perfect! When I walked in, I had a terrible discolored mop of a mess of hair on my head, but I walked out with shiny, beautifully deep auburn red hair and I couldn't be happier. The price is much more reasonable than other by-appointment salons as well, and I was really happy about that too. Definitely would come back!
