I waited for an unconscionable 90 minutes past my appointment time without a single word of explanation. When I sought clarity, I was met with dismissiveness so cutting that I left the office without even being asked if I wanted to reschedule. There wasn't an apology, a shred of empathy, or even the most basic pleasantry of "Have a nice day." It was clear they didn't want my business--and after this, they certainly won't have it. The only redeeming factor in my entire experience was the dentist who assisted me on my first visit. She was kind and professional. But let me be clear: no amount of kindness in the back office can compensate for outright hostility and mistreatment at the front. I am an educated, discerning professional, and I demand better. I had to ask for an itemized bill because the receipt was only for the transaction and not what I paid for. The most interesting part, the visit only took 20 minutes total.
