She loved it! I was explained costs and insurance coverage very clearly before the visit too. The dentist was friendly and took time to explain. They have clear workflows within the office that make the office run so smoothly. Even when it came time for X-rays, they had 3 staff there to help support the process- amazing patient experience for both my daughter and me as a parent! Wonderful experience! First appointment took about an hour with cleaning, X-rays and all the intro stuff, but future appointments were estimated at 40 apts. It certainly depends on how your child reacts.

Every time I have gone I get seated within minutes of signing in and the dentist is in to see me quickly. The staff is wonderful. Teresa makes me feel like we are old friends from high school. She asks me how I have been and makes me feel like I am hanging out with friends instead of at the dentist office. Maria is the hygienist and I have never had a better cleaning in my life. She is gentle and makes sure I am comfortable. She explains any treatment the dentist recommends. And I never feel pushed into something I don't need. Dr. Schneider is so sweet and I always feel she has my best interest in mind. She is mindful of cost and while always explaining all the options she still understands if I choose one over another. When I had an implant she was helpful in explaining costs and walked me through the options to finance the treatment that I needed. I never felt pressured. The interaction between Teresa and the Dr were great during my treatment. They work well as a team. They spent the whole time they were working on me talking about their weekends and husbands. And/or had not noted the damages on X-ray because they only have "the minimum standard required" according to the practice owner Dr. G. Orland. Also neither expressed care or concern when it went crisis level, was beyond angry when asked for help, violated patient confidentiality and refused to reimburse my expenditures that were charges for DUPLICATION of services. If you've told them you know you have a fractured tooth and they say come in we can help, but then say they cannot, charge you highly,then send you out to one super expensive facility, and then another for another procedure, ending up paying for the same diagnostics over and over, yet left in severe pain, infection and distress. Not to mention, the referring practice said thus dentist didn't see the issue with their two dimensional X-rays. "The required minimum"! Not good enough. Little guy has several cavities and is sent out as well, again, they're not equipped. They complain being short of dentist help, easily frustrated yet the hours are cherry handpicked! No weekends, an occasional eve hour and NO FRIDAYS!
