Awesome place to go with friends or as a date night. This was our first time trying axe throwing and everyone enjoyed themselves. We had a couples outing and had a wonderful time. Staff is super nice and informative about the game. Bar has a good selection of wine, beer and cider. If you are looking to try something different give this a try. We came tonight to celebrate my birthday. We tried making reservations on the website a week ahead but we never heard back. They simply gave an excuse on how they had just switched over their system and it's not their fault. We drove an hour to be told they are booked solid and get booked way ahead of time. They gave us a coupon for $5 off next time. We will not be back and I definitely feel like they don't care because they know in the college town they will stay busy no matter what. Very disappointed. This was going to be our first time doing axe throwing but we will have to wait till next time at another place. read more

I mean, it's axe throwing, so just by the nature of that being fun a lot of people will rate their experience with four or five stars. Perhaps I'm just being picky but there were a few things in our experience which I believe the company could improve upon. First of all, the instructor openly admitted that the axes we were using were really dull and said, "you'll have to throw them hard to get them to stick". Secondly, one of the two targets we were using wouldn't allow the axes to stick even when they were thrown properly because it was so worn down and the wood may have just had a few bad boards in it. Our lane manager also admitted she was super busy so after a few minutes of help, we didn't see her much the rest of the evening. Given those shortcomings, it was still a fun experience. I just think the business has a few things they could improve upon in order to make the customer experience a stellar one. read more

How fun! Throwing axes with friends for a couple of hours and having a cool draft on a warm spring day was Ideal. The staff was great, showing us best practices and tips to help us land the axe on the board. Must do for a fun and active day. Great for arms and core workouts. read more

This place is crazy cool. The staff was amazing. Taking the time to show us how throw the axe. None of us had much experience in axe throwing; but thanks to the staffs expert teaching, all 7 of us managed to get at least one bullseye. The beer was tasty as cold.
