NEVER BUY FROM LUMBER LIQUIDATORS. I put the Bellawood flooring down throughout my house, and in just over 1 year it is full of splits, cracks, and dangerous splinters. After endless hours of emails and calls, they will NOT honor the 30 year warranty. They conveniently blame it on bankruptcy, YET they still sell this horrible product. read more

I paid cash for the floor. I had to return one box of flooring. The guy at the counter got smart with me and said I would get a check in the mail. I told him the price wasn't right and he said there was a $15 restocking fee on each box. I told him I was going to review them on yelp. He then said this is private property get out. I am redoing the floors in my father's house. He passed away and I have had a hard time finding a company that is willing to help someone that has little knowledge on the subject. I can say the guys at this location have been more than helpful. It is a great relief to have someone that is so understanding of my situation and has gone above and beyond to help out. Adam at this location "told me to get out of HIS store" after I told him I was not wearing a mask. it is not mandated to go into effect til after 12 tonight. I had my order refunded and I have multiple properties I am remodeling and I will assure you I will not be purchasing from here. there is never a reason to be so rude and arrogant and slam doors at a customer. read more

I shopped for flooring at several places, and landed at LL Flooring (Lumber Liquidators ) in Nitro. I liked their product selection, and prices were competitive. Customer service was outstanding. I was very impressed with their knowledge and helpfulness. Over several visits, we met with three employees and primarily worked with Dylan and with Joel. Went in looking for flooring today. The manager was extremely professional and answered all my questions. He explained the differences between choosing vinyl or laminate and now I feel I can make a good decision. I've used Lumber Liquidators 2 other times in the past and their flooring is so beautiful. We get compliments all the time on how nice they look. I will definitely come back and order from this store. The sales staff are all great and pleasant. I felt that I mattered to them. Most unreliable, unprofessional, ruthless, lying, cheating, people we've ever dealt with in our lives. They give the impression of wanting to help, but truly have no understanding of what service is or how it works. 6 weeks plus and they still haven't corrected their mistake, we sit with $5000.00 worth of stair tread/risers that we cannot use because they ordered the wrong size and now won't fix their mistake or return phone calls. You may get a good price on material, but heaven forbid, do not expect any type of service as they missed that class and many others. Justin and Jay have truly given Nitro, WV Lumber Liquidators a very bad name and I plan to spread the word to save others from the aggravation and disappointment. We always buy and support our local businesses, but its a business like this and these two men that I'd rather to another state and pay twice as much for better service. Think long and hard before ever visiting this place and even thinking about placing an order. Trust me when I say, you are better off going elsewhere where the business appreciates you as a customer and appreciates your business. Where you are treated good and not told we are busy and have customers. Oh yeah, that customer is me...apparently after you got my money, that no longer makes you a customer. Sad, sad, sad.
