The sales representative gave information on what would be done and a timeline. The work crew showed up and had issues that the sales representative did not mention. It took more than double the time that the salesman told us and the crew did not have the tools needed with them because they were not informed of all the details. A machine broke down for a week and no crew showed up and no phone call or notice was provided. Finally a final crew arrived once the machine was repaired and finished the work, but it was not done according to how the salesman had stated. Overall, the crews worked and did what they could to help, but the management needs improvement especially between the sales representatives and the crews. Foreman ​Jared Carnes was kind and kept us informed of what he and his crew was doing. He seemed to know his work very well. Administrative heads need to work more closely with the ones like Jared to find out what each job entails that they are sending crews out to do. Showing up for work after more than a 2 hour drive only to work for a few hours is also ridiculous. Jared Carnes was the 1st one to stay in Elkins and show up for a days work. Foundation work is pretty involved and deserves more time, working equipment, and sticking with the job until it is completed for the astronomical amount that was charged. Mr Davis took his time and explained my options on how to resolve this situation and with his assistant, Mr Nida, came up with a solution while others simply missed it time after time.
