My floor is falling apart!!!! Do not break the cardinal rule, when dealing with contractors 50% down 50% on completion. I broke that rule because I thought Lowe's was a stand up company, but when it hit the fan, they told me to go screw myself, not their problem. Service Pros Installation Group has an average of 1.5 stars, but that's because yelp requires at least 1 star to post a review. Otherwise both of these would get a -100 stars from me!!!! They said it's the store's policy to charge a $20 restock fee regardless. After contacting harbor freight customer service I was issued a $25 gift card. I'm not sure I want to purchase anything else from harbor freight in the future.
