The grass didn't take and was impossible to maintain unless we were out there every day watering, weeding, treating moss, etc. We had ripped out the bad grass in the backyard and replaced it with gravel, but knew we wanted turf. We had water damage from a downspout leak and ended up replacing everything and adding on projects because we were pleased. Brad does stuff other contractors do not. He stayed to the end of the project and was not at other worksites at the same time. He was able to get to my job quickly which helped us put my mother's house up on the market right away. He works steadily while he is there and takes pride in doing things neatly and correctly. Lastly, Brad sticks to his prices and estimates well. How many times have I gotten an estimate and the price triples? Not here. I was working on the yard while they fixed the house and miss the good that comes from being around honest work. Camron Boyd is difficult human being. He promotes personality conflicts with people he does not…read moreneed to promote. We had to fire him from our kitchen remodel when he started delaying progress. He started delaying progress when I asked him to clean up after his work in our kitchen and when he installed sub-par moulding and added moulding we had not agreed to (we were still living in our house---so this was important) and he began screaming at me over the phone. He had an inability to control his emotions when confronted with any conversation that did not praise his work. He then did not bill his work in the manner we requested( we had to get reimbursement from our insurance after a fire--so this was also very important). His electrical sub contractor billed us almost 3 times the amount of the bid. When we fired him, he did not pay his sub contractor for all of the the painting job, and that sub begged us for the money. The painter also told us he had a bad temper. Because he refused to manage his emotions well (sarcastic and unresponsive texts, for example) or answer our questions reasonably after this, we hired a lawyer. We still had to pay the unreasonable electrictrician charges, and we piad him a lower portion of what he would have been paid if he had completed the job- and shafted his painter of full pay. We had to hire a new electrician and contractor to complete the job. Do not hire this man. Save yourself the heartache.
