I had a very pleasant experience with LumaDent. Nick H and the LumaDent team really went above and beyond to help resolve problems with my new loupes. I was having issues with double circles showing up and Nick H was very helpful, professional, and patient with me. I will definitely choose them over any other loupe brands after experiencing their exceptional customer service. Now I have two pairs of their loupes and it's great for when I need a backup if something happens to one of them. It's convenient that they have a local spot in Reno so I don't need to ship mine out if it needs repairs. I have convinced a few of my hygiene friends to get them and they also love them. The ergo loupes really help prevent back and neck issues at work too. Thanks so much for the great service!

As a dental hygiene student, I was really hoping Lumadent would be a reliable investment -- unfortunately, it's been nothing but stress and disappointment. I understand adjustments can be necessary, but they didn't make the process easy. I wasn't told I would need to make my own adjustments until after I purchased the loupes. If I would have known this prior to purchase, it would have swayed my decision to order from them. After receiving my loupes in the mail, I spent hours adjusting them in order to see clearly. The initial measurements taken by the rep were incorrect by 7 inches which compromised my ergonomics. I spent over an hour troubleshooting over video chat, even though this was something I was unable to fix myself. They told me I would receive a shipping label via email and I never did. I had to reach out to initiate the process and follow up multiple times to receive updates. I ended up sending them in for a month-long repair -- just to get them functional. Even then, they came back damaged and they had completely ignored some of my other my requests via email. Now, just a few months later, both oculars are loose in the lenses -- one is nearly falling out -- and I'm completely unable to use my loupes because all I see is double vision. I've had them for less than a year, I use them twice a week at most, and I've taken great care of them. They should not be falling apart already. Throughout this whole process, customer service was not helpful at all and only focused on repair, but I made it clear (more than once) that I would feel more comfortable returning them for a refund in which they refuse. I appreciate their efforts to repair the loupes, but this is a crucial tool I rely on for school and my future career. The quality has been extremely disappointing, and if I'm already experiencing issues now, I can't trust they'll hold up with the increased, regular use ahead. I've been unhappy with both the product and the support I received, and as a student, I can't afford to keep wasting time and money on equipment I can't rely on. I understand companies have return policies, but Lumadent has not been willing to work with me at all. I regret choosing them and would not recommend them to anyone. I wish I would have chosen a different company from the beginning, but now - not even a year later - I have to pay an additional $2000 just for a functional pair of loupes.

I needed 2 new ankle/foot orthotics (AFO), a replacement for my left foot and a new one for my right foot. My first app. was on 1/6/26 and Frank told me there were excellent newer AFO models, one of which were ordered. Frank told me it should take 3 or 4 weeks usually. After 7 weeks of hearing nothing, I called in and was told they were there. So I came in on 2/25 and when Frank opened the box, instead of 2 black AFOS that were ordered, one was light beige and soiled to the point where Frank was aghast. That wasn't the biggest problem as these AFOs would not properly fit into any shoe without destroying the shoe, I took pictures which are attached... Frank then told me that the model I had been wearing on my left foot, an Allard BlueRocker 2, would be best and it would only take a few days or so to arrive. Well, today is 3/31 and I have never heard from this company. So I called in and was told, oh yes they are here. Who know how long it would have taken if I hadn't called in, really both times. I asked why wasn't I contacted? I was told there have been changes to the front office, which didn't surprise me as it was the most unprofessional waiting room, listening to the techs and owner air dirty laundry for about a half an hour... I will not use this company ever again, and I asked the office of my Neurosurgeon, who originally sent the prescription to OrthoPro, to send a new prescription to Hanger. BTW, I usually don't write reviews on anything, but this company is so bad I felt like I needed to write about my experience.
