When looking for a fire pit for the back yard, I wanted to find something that was of high-quality, elegant and well-priced. After looking at a number of offerings online, I found Lumacast (just 10-miles from my home). When speaking to the manager, he suggested I come to their office to see their products and understand how their quality is better than most of the fire pits. I decided to go with Lumacast after that visit and have been extremely happy with my firepit. It certainly has kept us warm on many chilly nights and my little one had enjoyed cooking marshmallows over it. We went with the orange cover, which adds a modern feel to it and adds color to our patio area. I would highly recommend the company. The service was also very responsive. read more

We highly recommend Lumacast if you are looking for a high-quality, unique fire table and fantastic customer service. My wife and I stopped by their showroom just before Christmas, not knowing we needed an appointment. Aron invited us in and took his time showing us all the designs and color options. We had selected a color we thought would be perfect, but Aron made sure we took home other color swatches, and thankfully, he did. Our final choice was not what we originally picked out, not for the color nor for the table. Once we made our purchase, Illusion reached out to schedule a delivery date. She was very helpful and clarified details about our installation site and setup. We wish all delivery and installation processes were run this smoothly. Our date was set, information was provided, and the team, Ricardo and Christian, showed up on time. They were very professional, ensured they knew where we wanted the table, and set up the installation. I did mention that the patio furniture would sit about 19" from the edge of the table, and I saw them using a tape measure, ensuring they placed the table just right. Got to love their attention to detail. Our experience with Lumacast and their team was top-notch. Everything went smoothly, they have fantastic tables, and while you might think their prices are high, they are definitely worth it, as they are not your run-of-the-mill tables. If we ever need another fire table, Lumacast will be our first stop. read more

Sometimes a company makes exceptional products, and sometimes a company provides exceptional service. It's rare when a company does both, but Lumacast is the real deal. They make the most beautiful, architecturally interesting and solidly built fire features on the market, full stop. They also have an incredibly friendly and responsive approach to customer service. I called Lumacast after discovering their products online, and someone took about 20 minutes to talk through everything, options, styles, colors, etc., and the pros and cons of each. It turns out the person who took all that time with me (at the time, not a paying customer) was Zachary, the owner of Lumacast. I ended up purchasing a 62" Bloc for the patio of our new house, and a couple of months later it arrived, 500 pounds of cast concrete in all its glory. Even after it was hooked up, Zachary spent time with me over email dialing in the gas pressure and the lava rocks to make sure the feature was operating at peak efficiency. The Bloc turned out amazingly well, and is a showpiece of our backyard. Everyone who has come to the house mentions it, and asks where we got it. It's a statement and a conversation starter, and I love having it for cool Oregon evenings. If you need a fire feature, stop looking, and buy a Lumacast. read more

I just received my new TOPO tabletop for my BOLA. (see pic) I have to say, It takes my already gorgeous fire feature to another level. Truly a stunning piece of art in my garden, and I love the contrast with the Ivory finish on Charcoal. The laser etching on the powder coat aluminum is striking. I'm just so impressed with the constant innovation, attention to detail and customer care from Lumacast. read more

We were in the process of restoring a 1930's house on the coast and were planning to put in an outdoor fire pit. I saw a Lumacast ad for the PAOLO which I thought was amazing, however we eventually decided we needed a round table without a fire feature. We went to the San Diego showroom and factory to to check out our options. Zachary helped us through the whole process and we decided two BOLA tables, one custom 52"in ivory and a 36" in inkwell. They were delivered in a few weeks (no supply chain issues) in perfect shape and were beautiful Zachary has developed an fantastic product which is not only beautiful but stands up to our marine environment . We searched far and wide for the perfect fire feature for our backyard and we came across Lumacast and fell in love. It was really hard to choose which style cause they all were so fantastic. We went with BOLA in the end and it was installed today. The crew (Mat and Jose) were super professional and explained everything in detail. What I am most impressed about, beyond the fire feature, is the customer service. Illusion went out of her way to make me feel valued as a customer. Which is the opposite of what I have encountered with the other aspects of our backyard remodel. Thank you Lumacast! read more

I want to update my review to reflect our awesome experience with this company. Zachary delivered our fire table and it looks incredible. The detail and finishing is head and shoulders above anything you would find on the prefabricated market as well as anything I custom I could find. I looked at pretty much every option for our outdoor space. After delivery, we ended up having some damage to our fire table from leaving stained wood on top of it while it was hot. Scrubbing it for a good hour did nothing. I was pretty bummed given how I had ruined our beautiful new firetable. I called Zach to see if there was some way I could polish out the stain. He went way above and beyond and offered to fix it himself. This was not damage that he was responsible for, but rather our mistake. He came out and took the fire pit back to the shop to fix it. I am sure that took him a great deal of time and effort that he didn't have to expend. That is incredible customer service. Obviously these guys are here to build a business that focuses on customer satisfaction rather than just selling a product. After that experience, I am a customer for good. Thank you LUMACAST. I know you guys will continue to have exponential success! read more

We purchased a fire table from Lumacast for our patio back in 2015 and love it. The unit is outside and exposed to the hot Southern California direct sun and weather and has been rock solid. We researched several fire pits online before finding the Lumacast and most of them were made of a cheap fiberglass that required to be covered when not in use. The Lumacast fire table is lightweight concrete and can be left outside without covering. Four years later our fire table still looks amazing. We have also been impressed with Zachary and the customer service. Zachary went beyond the call of duty to help us with our purchase, delivery, and installation. If you are looking for a fire pit or custom architectural concrete, Lumacast is a company you should definitely consider. 5+ Stars! read more

We are fully renovating a new apartment community we purchased and wanted to add a fire pit for the residents enjoyment. I looked at many different companies, but what led me to Lumacast initially was that they are local. I needed the fire pit as quickly as possible and I must say that their service was amazing! Zach came through on everything he promised, he went over and beyond to help me get everything set up and was an absolute delight to interact with. Their pricing was the most reasonable by far and the quality is exceptional! I would refer them to any residential or commercial owners that are looking to add a fire pit to their space. I also loved that I was able to get a custom size build just for my space! Great job, very satisfied customer here! read more

Randy S. Palm Springs Lumacast fire pits are simply stunning! There's a wow factor and sophisticated styling that no other product matches. (I did plenty of research to verify this!) Zach, the owner, is not only knowledgeable and friendly but, equally important, available. Phone calls are either answered or returned in short order. My fire pit was delivered right on time and expertly installed. If their product is more expensive, it's worth it every time you light up! Top of the line! read more

I love how the concept of a fire pit is minimalist, with clean, precise lines. That's the first thing that drew me to Lumacast. We have searched for months and nothing comes close to the elegance and simplicity of this product. From my first contact with this company, Zachary has provided adequate information, along with a diagram complete with specifications for the installation. Zack personally delivered the fire pit, and since our gas line was ready, he did the installation. We were very pleased. We picked the cover to match the ipe wood paneling and bench around the fire pit. Great product and excellent customer service. read more

Lumacast is willing to go the extra mile, or in our case the extra 2,000 miles. We love the Aura firepit. There was an issue generating proper flame & Zach voluntarily flew out from San Diego to Chicago to make sure it was working 100% properly. Talk about an honorable & reputable company that stands behind their product. We highly recommend the firepit and the company. read more

I had a great experience with this company when I bought a fire pit (the Aura model) for our residence. Their product is a unique design and very high quality. In fact in a different league than any patio store or megastore product that we considered. Customer service was as good as it gets - knowledgable, helpful, and went the extra mile to make the deal and setup work for us. It's pretty rare for a something to actually exceed my expectations but Lumacast did so for me. I can't imagine anyone being disappointed with their products. read more
