I'm not well versed in the world of antiques as far as what something's worth or value is. Therefore, I'm not sure if the prices are any better or worse compared to similar inventory at other stores. Honestly, I only bought a $5 pair of earrings with cash, but I had planned on coming back to shop for more. Instead, I left wondering: at what purchase amount does this verification happen? Is it for every credit card transaction, or only certain customers? I wasn't expecting a simple question about payment methods to turn into a discussion about verifying my identity. The whole interaction left me feeling unwelcome, and I hope whatever policy is in place is applied consistently to every customer.

I needed some help to find items for a photoshoot. Gail & Angel spent so long with me pulling items from even the depths of storage! I had a very particular set of items I wanted , and they understood my vision, took my measurements, and found exactly what I wanted. Many years later, I could still spend hours looking through the fabulous curation they have worked so hard to procure & maintain. This isn't a thrift store... It is an amazing collection with many fine, rare pieces; that Gail, Jasja & Angel spend a lot of time and effort to keep in amazing shape. They are some of the most welcoming, creative people you could meet -- and as passionate & knowledgeable about their craft as you could be. There's much I could say, they are special people with a special shop. I can't imagine why anyone would feel anything less than mesmerized in this place!
