I called and she said I was booked for Saturday 11:15. Fine. Then she changed it to 1:20-2pm a few hours later. Fine. Saturday morning I get a text they will be there at 9:30am (it's 9:12am). I said fine even though I wasn't ready. And nothing. texted and she said oh, 12-1pm now. She didn't understand that I said "it's fine. He can come now" meant he could come at 9:30. They finally arrive at 2:15pm. I requested to use my own products previously and they were pulling out all the cleaners. I reminded them and they said ok. I showed them the 3 1/2 baths. (Master bath wasn't bad, nor the second bath, the 3rd bath was pretty rough and the 1/2 bath was a 10 min job if that) and the bedrooms. I was in the middle of washing and changing sheets so bedding was on the floor. Because you know, waiting around I had to get stuff done. One bath I didn't even want them to do because my son was sleeping. Then Anna texted me that they can't use my products and needs to use theirs. I said no as my son has cancer and that is very toxic and affects his lungs. Then she says I need a deep cleaning for $650 for ONLY the bathrooms. Then lowers to $390 with no kitchen. At this point I'm pretty agitated and I decline. The cleaners leave and then she texts she will do $390 for bathrooms and kitchen. Last change before they leave. It was unprofessional and uncomfortable for me and the cleaners.

I contacted a few others but selected her because she was the cheapest by about $50. I explained multiple times I needed a deep cleaning in the kitchen, living room, and bathroom cleaned, including baseboards, cabinets, and walls in the kitchen area. Cabinets were empty and just needed to be wiped out and there were no dishes or anything that needed washing. The main purpose of my call was to have the dust and dirt cleaned from the remodel. I have a small 1700 sq foot home and they were only cleaning 3 areas. Two workers cleaned for 2 hours, and the owner Gloria came an hour late and cleaned for 1 hour but she mostly just stood around. I saw her attempt to clean the baseboards wiping them quickly with one stroke with a dry paper towel. When they announced they were leaving I noticed the walls, ceiling fan, and inside cabinets were not touched AT ALL. The baseboards still had the same dirt that was there when they arrived. Gloria had her workers clean the baseboards again in a few areas and told me the walls would be $400 extra. Huh? To clean the walls in 2 small areas $400? Are you serous? She had just robbed me for $150 and did a mediocre job at "deep cleaning". I should've went with the other company I contacted for $50 more. Now I'm stuck cleaning my cabinets, fan, and walls. No wonder there are no reviews. Please look elsewhere for an honest and quality job. I received a message from Gloria stating I didn't mention that she cleaned an extra shower for me in my second bathroom and that her prices are fair. She cleaned 1 small bathroom and a shower stall only in my second bathroom. Once again, for the quality of work, the price was not fair. I told her on the phone when I initially called that I needed a deep clean, walls, and baseboards. I also showed the workers when they arrived exactly what I needed. They did not do a "deep clean". The services provided was a regular cleaning, if that, and neglected the clearly visible dirty areas. Like I said inside of cabinets were not touched, fan in living area not touched or dusted, walls not touched, baseboards half done. I reiterate, my house is not large at all. There is work involved for $150 bucks, it isn't given freely. Yet and still I paid her and didn't ask for any money back. I just cleaned the other areas myself. And just noticed that my stainless steal stove is scratched up on the outside from her worker using an abrasive sponge to clean. She says she has many recommendations. It is disappointing as I am also a service professional and I value when an appointment is set. Unfortunately photos do not lie and I will be continuing my business elsewhere. If honest work was done, I do believe in paying a fair fee.
