She said "absolutely not, and I'm hanging up because you are getting rude." She hung up. There's no way to get my money back. Mind you, I had been going there for 12 years and never no showed once. Never had a late charge. If feels very wrong to be treated that way after so many years of patronage to a business. Do not go to Bayshore EWC. None of that flies here. I started seeing Angela a few years ago at another wax center and I am so excited that she has made the leap to launching her own business! She is spotlessly clean and consistently does excellent work. Angela gets as excited about beautiful eyebrows as I do and truly cares about giving you the best brows for your face. When I first came in I kept asking for thinner, arched brows. After several months of coming in religiously, we were able to achieve a strong arch in my thick, straight Greek brows. Now that I have that we can go a little thinner and not lose the shape. Not to sound crazy but I feel so much better about my face now. I trust her so much that I now get some extra body waxing taken care of as well- something I never thought I would be able to do as a furball. I tried getting a Brazilian once beforehand by another waxer that used subpar wax, and it was not fun times. But as I keep going my hair is getting thinner and finer, so it's not a problem at all. Appointments are necessary but it's so easy to set one up- you can call or text to do so, and she's very accommodating to what time you need. Her prices are REALLY reasonable- and either cash or credit card is fine. For right now Angela only offers waxing and microblading, but look towards more skincare services in the future as well.

Each room is private so you are not in one big room with 10 other half naked girls which I love - the privacy and comfort. It's honestly ridiculous only for my gel manicure to end up like this 2 hours after. The only good thing about this is the eyebrow lady in the back who is the best every time!
