Maybe next time the stylist should demonstrate one more time in the front where they are going to cut and be cautious (maybe cut below slightly?) -- I think it is easier to remove hair than cut it way too short. Today I decided to go there and dye my hair. It was strange as they called me two days ago to let me know to come earlier and that someone else from the person that I had booked online would take care of me. The person who was dying my hair for a year now is not there anymore. Most of the people who were taking care of me before are not there anymore. Today it was the worst experience ever! My advice as I run my own business--The staff should be more caring about customers and should not experiment with other people's hair. The difference of colors on my hair was absolutely obvious. My hair before was a clear blond color and now the roots are yellow/brown! They were pretending that was all great instead of trying to fix the problem before me paying and leaving the premises. As soon as they told me that I was done with the styling and hair treatment, I approached the register to pay and it was there I made the complaint. The staff knew in advance that they performed malpractice on my hair treatment. They were hoping that I would not have noticed but I stayed silent until I go to the register.
