Maybe next time the stylist should demonstrate one more time in the front where they are going to cut and be cautious (maybe cut below slightly?) -- I think it is easier to remove hair than cut it way too short. It was strange as they called me two days ago to let me know to come earlier and that someone else from the person that I had booked online would take care of me. My advice as I run my own business--The staff should be more caring about customers and should not experiment with other people's hair. The difference of colors on my hair was absolutely obvious. My hair before was a clear blond color and now the roots are yellow/brown! They were pretending that was all great instead of trying to fix the problem before me paying and leaving the premises. As soon as they told me that I was done with the styling and hair treatment, I approached the register to pay and it was there I made the complaint. The staff knew in advance that they performed malpractice on my hair treatment. They were hoping that I would not have noticed but I stayed silent until I go to the register. I understand that people can make mistakes but no one has owned up to it to say I am sorry. They were making me feel that they were the victims when indeed they had control of my hair and head.
