Unfortunately, the owner of this Russian salon (who also owns Spectrum Hair Salon) was completely out of line. She falsely accused me of asking her to cancel someone else's appointment for me--which I never said. I simply asked to be notified if there were any cancellations. Anyone who knows me knows I'm respectful, so that accusation made no sense. It got worse when I went in to speak with her. I asked if she handled appointments--she said no. I asked if the owner was available--she said yes. Then she comes around and says, "I'm the owner and the one you spoke to." yeah right after I saw her whisper to two people two girls who was standing at the counter with her so it was obvious she had no interest in solving it so why should my attitude change The fact that I went there that in itself should have told her something, That alone tells you everything. Well, super nice girl and she gave me a haircut that I absolutely love! She worked slowly making it shorter as needed. I've been wanting this type of shag cut but no one else has been able to do it.
