Last night was the best night ever!!! I have lost 150 pounds in the last 2 years & 1 of my goals has been to fit into lululemon athletic gear. Well I made it last night with a gift card from my awesome gym fit in 42 Palm Springs. I had the best experience from the second I walked through the door I was greeted with huge smiles and positive body feedback. Erin helped us, also I had an entourage of 3 young girls 3-9 in age so time was of essence. The smell is heaven with a water diffuser & the vibe is fun & chic. I was sent back to try on the various makes of leggings and picked which style I liked the best. I found a cute workout top with a cutout in back . Now it was Time to check out I was so surprised that they gifted me with another top saying they were proud of my weight loss journey. This made my day. Showed up for my 11am appointment today only to be turned away. After spending 5 minutes trying to get an associate's attention, they raised their hands in a "what the heck do you want?" gesture and tapped their store hours sign. After they finally opened the door in frustration, I explained I had an appointment. The associate insisted they didn't open for another hour and that I could sit and wait until they opened. They insisted I should have been informed they wouldn't be open at my appointment time; instead, I had received a text confirming my appointment that morning. I understand it's the holiday season and things are tough right now, but I would have appreciated better communication and friendlier service. read more

The customer service here is some of the best. I brought in a pair of Align leggings that were pilling at the seams and legs after only 4 months or so. The staff was very friendly and sympathetic to the issue. They exchanged the leggings for a fresh pair. Having employees that helpful and such a great quality guarantee, I will continue to shop here and specifically this location. read more

I went to the Palm Desert location a couple of days ago after making an online appointment and my shopping experience was great. I had went to return a gift that I already owned. So they gave me store credit which was perfect. After meticulously looking at a variety of items I had finally settled on what I was gonna purchase. I'm at the cash register being helped by a woman by the name of "Drew" I believe. Everything is going as normal until I swipe the gift card that had the store credit on it. Then the credit card scanner busted. Long story short I had to wait quite a while until the issue was resolved, but I was taken care of with 100% satisfaction! Drew and another women I believe to be the manager went above and beyond to resolve the issue and made me feel like a VALUED customer. I will definitely be coming back and would recommend going to this Lululemon specifically not just because of their ridiculously comfortable clothes but, for the interpersonal skills/generosity the staff shows towards its customers. Lulu lemon on El Paseo is the best! Everyone that works there were extremely friendly and helpful. Chris is awesome! I went in there with some Lulu shorts that had a hole in the side zipper seam. They replaced them (for free!) with a new pair, no questions asked. Great company that stands behind its products!! The employees here were very rude to me. I love lulu and only shop online because there is not one near my home. This was my first time in the actual store and the employee made me feel as if I was not the right "type" of person to shop here. :( I left the store in tears. This location has terrible customer service. The girls never greet customers and never offer to help. Even if they see you need help finding something they will ignore you. If you ask for assistance they give you an attitude and make it very uncomfortable. This store isn't very nice and do not recommend this location. read more

RUDE is the most accurate word I can come up with to describe every single employee in this store, INCLUDING the manager. (With the exception of one sales clerk.) This store has now become mostly men's clothing - and when we did ask for their "sale rack" (they used to have one) - the manager boldly and obnoxiously interrupted and said they don't have one...which was a lie. (The nice sales clerk then led us to the sale items.) And since we were there on Easter break, the store was also full of small children (under 8) - next thing there will be baby clothes they are pushing in the store. Basically, overall, this store used to be super nice as far as sales associates and customer service, but I will NEVER visit this location again....bye bye Lululemon...we went to Kate Spade across the street and dropped our cash there. read more

TERRIBLE!! The employees are annoying and arrogant, they don't allow you to just shop in peace, and I have been ripped off at least twice, and that's just when I noticed. By hundreds of dollars!! Mis-charging me for items, and when you go to return them, they aren't even surprised! It's like they expected to see you again. If you do shop here, mind the receipt they give you, you may have been charged for things you didn't buy, or charged for the same item twice. read more

I have been to many LLL in many different cities. LLLL. Love LuLu Lemon. I could live in their clothing every hour every day. This store is a gem. Well stocked, the displays are simple, and easy to reach. they do not have so much stuff that you start to get confused, but enough to keep you interested. I love the colors, the styles the fit. All those things that you hear time and time again. The amazing thing (there is that word again) is the wear. I have washed my clothing that i have bought from them so many times it should be thread bare, and it is not. I have many pieces that i mix and match, or just throw on as i am rushing out the door. wonderful desgins. I love the after workout stuff too. even the undies are great. cute and a touch sexy. not some ol bulky thing. If sport clothes can be functional and cool, this is the place. Nice help in this particular location too. I like it that they are also stocking mens clothing. Yep, stuff is not cheap, but to me it is worth it. not all of my stuff comes from here, but i usually know exactly what i am looking for when i walk in. I have yet to leave empty handed. Good items to mix with other brands as well. Love it. Free parking on the street and in the rear parking lot. kick ass store. read more

Very cheery and upbeat staff. Nice selection of their basics on a good corner of El Paseo. Easy to park in the back. Three stars only because they don't carry as much of the line as the Brentwood location. This is a much larger store than my local version, and contains more examples from the full Luluemon line. Inventory was laid out nicely and was well organized. Staff are friendly, to the point of almost making this midwesterner a bit uncomfortable. When I picked up a backpack, a perky staffer regaled me with stories about how she used the same pack on a recent trip and it was FANTASTIC, etc. Lots more mens items here than usual as well. When I checked out the girl asked what brought me in...mentioned my x-c roadtrip for work move and she said, "oh, we offer a military discount". Best surprise ever! I was in Palm Desert finalizing a deal for work. I received a bonus from work and as the stars aligned and the clouds parted, there beneath a magical spotlight from the gods was a Lululemon Store. I really don't understand why this place gets a bad rap... The moment I walked in I was immediately greeted and asked if I needed help. Everyone was smiling, very prompt, and helpful. Three crops and a new bag later I was a happy girl! There was an employee that was helping me, she got me all the sizes I needed and also made some great suggestions on what crops to buy for the type of workouts that I do...
