I visited this Old Navy location on a couple different occasions. Old Navy is great because they have such a variety of things ranging from shoes, work pants, casual jeans, lounge tops, professional tops and pajamas. It's awesome how many things they sell, and you can always find something you like at Old Navy. I went into this location and found some cute flats for work and some leggings for lounging on weekends. I also found some super cute stylish jeans in my size. Since I wear a bigger size, it's hard to find cute jeans. It seems like the smaller sizes always have better styles that are cuter. So I am thankful that Old Navy sells cute stylish things for plus sized people. I did have to return one of the jeans I ordered because they were too tight around the waist. I brought them into the store and they happily helped me do the return and order a bigger size. It seemed like they had good customer service here, from my experience. read more

Came to return a pair of pants that didn't fit right. I didn't have the tags on them (I was confident the were the right size) and lost my receipt in a move. Brought the pants up and the lady at the counter already them out and started deeply inspecting them. She pointed to two spots that she saw and said they had clearly been worn and washed (they were literally just the pattern on the jeans). I told her I hadn't washed them and that I did wear them briefly in my apartment then realized they didn't fit right. She then told me she couldn't accept the return and I very nicely asked if there could be an acceptation since I wouldn't be wearing them. She yelled for a manager and when she came over the lady was so rude describing what I was asking and goes I told her no and she won't take it. The manager, thankfully, very nicely goes it's ok, you can return them and walked off. This lady proceeds to make THE BIGGEST DEAL of me returning these pants. Pulls out scissors and starts cutting up the pants in front of me going "hope you're happy there goes someone's raise". I was too shocked to say anything and just took it in silence. I was so uncomfortable and embarrassed by her treatment that I couldn't wait to leave. Mind you I also purchased almost $100 of additional items but she still chose to treat me like dirt. read more

I was just in there bought one thing and cashier lied to me said I was per approved for credit card and if I want to sign up I said no because it is a hard inquiry on my credit score the said no it's a soft one as soon as I go to my car I got a alert that a hard inquiry was made how could u tell ur employees to lie just to get them to sign up I been working hard on building my credit for u to lie to me just to get me to sign up so no I don't recommend any business that is going to lie to boost ratings very disgusting ...........I still can't get over how u lied to me read more

This is such a fun store to shop at because they have such an incredible variety of merchandise. Something for the entire family. Huge selection of women's wear as well as childrens wear. I love the men's section because of the wide variety of clothing to choose from. And many items are at a huge discount. And what I especially like are the unique choices. Very colorful shirts and a wide variety of boxer shorts, many in bright and fancy patterns not found elsewhere including a variety of seasonal patterns, like pumpkins at Halloween, and Santa and his reindeer imprinted on the shorts. Old Navy - Men's Clothing Near Me - Palm Desert, California

It pains me to write this, but this location was very disappointing. My husband and I walked in and were kind of surprised at how many signs were missing. We were not greeted which is fine but we saw quite a few employees standing around talking to each other or folding the same shirt twice. We made a few laps to make sure that we saw everything, but the face outs were very empty. Barely any sizes out, no one checked in on us to see if we'd like to order anything, and there was a z rack with shipment on it blocking a walk way. I tried on a few things, and as we walked into the fitting room there were two associates, and huge piles of clothing everywhere. One of the associates opened a door for me to go in but then backed out and said that it was dirty and there were a bunch of clothes in there. We walked clearance afterwards but immediately turned around due to how messy it was. I love this company and the clothing but this store needed to be rad-ed and picked up a bit. The associates checking us out were talking to a friend I assume, and just seemed to be waiting for something to do. read more

Let me start by saying, that I used to always shop at this location but as of today. I will never step foot into this store due to a Joy. She decided to close the doors early because they are 26 hours over on payroll. Asked her staff to get a shirt that she wanted me to buy because she refused to let me go to get out a other shirt for myself. Don't know if she is a manger or what but for the staff to have to apologize for her tells me this isn't the first time she does something like this. read more

Old Navy is the place you go when you need good basic clothes, at a great price. Stopping in the PD location today I found many unbelievable clearance items (Denim Trucker Jacket for $6.47, SAY WHAT! :) While all the sales associates we had contact with were very friendly and helpful, Sales Associate Johanna, stood out for excellent service. She was professional, friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. Whatever the management is doing is working, making it a fun and economical place to shop.... Two stars because I love the product and the store was pretty clean. But, what terrible customer service. I was glanced at when I walked in, no smile or greeting. And the girl at the register was anything but friendly. She couldn't figure out a promotion code and when she called for help there was none. It seemed there was no manager on duty or they all just didn't know what they were doing when it came to the register. The cashier gave up rather quickly on trying to solve the issue at hand. I stopped in just after Christmas with my daughter and granddaughter. My granddaughters birthday is coming up in February, but sales are good at this time of year, and we hoped we could find her something cute to wear. We didn't have much luck. We slowly walked the store, hoping we could find some Cubs or Bears shirts, this year. They had some pretty jewlery. We filtered through the jewlery and decided not to make a purchase. I tried finding a new top at a couple of boutiques in Palm Springs, but they only had the tiniest style tops, which don't work with my more zaftig frame. I agree with others that the store is frequently in disorder. That has more to do with the pigs who patronize the store. They ruin it for the rest of us that would like to find neat stacks, with all the merchandise organized. I decided to go to see the deals for Memorial Day that Old Navy was advertising. There were some amazing deals. Inside the store there were a lot of clothes that were scattered haphazardly or placed in the wrong area. This is understandable as it is a busy holiday weekend. The reason I am giving this store a two was for the customer service. All the employees were rushing around too busy to help or even answer a simple question - I ended up giving up. The worst part of my visit however was the checkout. There were three women manning the checkout. I went up with my 4 items when called. The machine broke down halfway through the checkout process so I was moved to the next machine which needed to be started up. Once again, this is understandable, machines have problems. My issue was with the cashier. She acted like she could care less about helping me. When I told her I didn't want to purchase a bag for my items as I had a diaper bag that I could put them in, I was handed my clothing in a balled up mess. They weren't stacked one on top of the other, just balled all together like dirty laundry and shoved my way with the receipt. I'm sorry but in what customer service driven industry would that even be a good representation of your image? I have visited this Old Navy several times and not been very impressed, but this was the worst experience yet. Disappointed. read more
