They cross the line on some items, but they do call themselves "eccentric" so cowboy boots with plaid and fringe are A-Ok with them. They also experiment with animal prints (something that I've never gotten), and really colorful accessories (I mean, REALLY colorful stuff that might even make a gay man cringe). But overall, they displayed a nice selection of women's clothing that was eclectic and accessible to most. However, I had used them in the past for my baseball team and had a pretty good experience so I decided to go forward using them since so many others were using Nill Bro's b/c they were listed as the official provider for Blue Valley Rec teams. Jill, the owner, was a pleasure to work with and I found her to be VERY responsive. She often communicated with me via text which was extremely convenient and speedy. Her graphic artist took my ideas and did a very nice job coming up with three good options for a logo and lettering. I am a very detail-oriented person (a perfectionist of sorts) and their artist showed no frustration with me as I tweaked her ideas several times with my own. The only snafu was that our pants didn't arrive in time for our first game. However, it wasn't really a big deal...we had our socks, belts, jerseys and visors so we all matched just fine. In the end, everyone involved with the team is very pleased with the end result and we had our pants for our second game. She even stitched each player's number on the back of each visor which we did NOT discuss but parents have lauded about. She and her staff also organized the pick-up exceptionally well with all jerseys hung up and personalized bags around the neck of each hanger holding the belts, socks, and visors. As a coach getting ready too deliver them to each player, that was so helpful and I appreciated it very much! I would highly recommend you give Jill at Sportswear Etc a chance to earn your business. The best recommendation I can make is to go there immediately after determining your team name and roster so that she, her suppliers, her graphic artists, and her stitchers are not forced to produce a product in a short amount of time when everyone else is also requesting theirs be completed. That being said, the Kansas City chiefs won their third championship yesterday and I was very proud of them because I know how hard they worked for that. Due to this I wanted to purchase a jersey to commemorate their accomplishment. I looked online to see if there was a Dick's Sporting Goods near me and to my surprise it was one very close. So I came to this location 30 minutes after they opened for the day. I have never shopped at a Dick's Sporting Goods store before, so everything that I seen was new and fresh to my eyes. As I enter the store they had a huge sign stating that there was no discrimination allowed in the store and that everyone is welcome. I know that this sign clearly catered to the LGBTQ community and not necessarily to someone like me. I walked further in and immediately I saw the rows and rows of chief memorabilia and gear laid out for customers to pick and choose to their hearts content what they wanted to parade on their bodies or in their cars. As I went through row after row, I kept seeing the sizes of S, M, L, and XL. There were no plus sizes of any kind. Now of course it would be a Health nuts utopia to actually believe that every fan of the Kansas City chiefs was an extra large sized person or smaller. But if any of you have ever been to a game and looked at those people in those stands the majority of the people up there are from the flabby family to which I am a member. So as I rummaged through all of these shirts, hoodies and jackets and saw nothing that I could wear , I became more angry at the sign that I saw as I entered the store. How can you say that you don't discriminate when you know there are people of plus size that are Chiefs fans and you don't have anything to accommodate them. But I decided that I was shopping for my love of the team, not my love of the store. So as I wandered to the front of the store, I saw a table of chief gear and found a beautiful authentic Chiefs Tumblr and decided to purchase that. When I came to the register the lady actually had the audacity to ask me if I found everything that I wanted. I bluntly said, "no, because you have nothing here that accommodates people of my size. I guess fat people can't be fans" I must admit that she was quick to apologize, quick to assure me that more shipments would be coming in and to call before I come and they would surely try to hold a jersey for me so that I could purchase one. She did make an attempt to correct the situation as best she could and although I thanked her for being nice and I can appreciate the apology, in my mind it wouldn't even be necessary if they had thought of people like me in the first place. Her actions to try to correct it is sort of an afterthought of the company. I can't blame her for doing her job but I can blame the actual company for not making sure that they ordered sizes to accommodate all fans of the Chiefs. And the reason I know that they could've done this is that when I left dicks sporting good, I came home went online to fanatic.com and found a championship jersey in my size and placed my order. Brick and mortar stores need to really stop and think about why they are losing customers at an alarming rate. It's all about the customers and being sure that you have the supply and demand to meet the customers need. When you don't care enough to meet the needs of the customers, the customer will take their need to someone who can, which is what I did. So I guess when it gets down to it if you are thin, petite and athletic , This is the store for you. They will have everything to meet your desires. But if you're a person that carries on just a little extra weight, you might want to take your business somewhere else

I was immediately struck by how clean and well-organized the store was even though it was a fairly busy Sunday afternoon. Given how small the store appeared from the outside I was surprised how far the inside extends back to include three discrete spaces. I absolutely loved the flow of the store which is unlike any of the mens stores I usually browse (J.Crew, Banana, Nordstrom) in that knitwear and sportswear filled the 1st square, accessories and shoes filled the 2nd square, and mens suiting finished the stretch. I found all 3 of the male associates working to be very professional, approachable, and respectful. I was only asked if I needed help a few times which I like because any more and I grow irritated. I personally gravitate to knitwear in my wardrobe and the selection of cardigans and sweaters was abundant while the prices were agreeable ($70-$120 range) given the reputation and quality of work. I ultimately decided on a spring pastel blue polo shirt because I am sick of winter/polar vortexes dammit and I will look forward to spring whether I want to! Very impressed with the service. I will have to return for more spring shopping soon.
