It was listed at $119.00 and they offered me $19. I was livid... the manager said since I didn't have the actual receipt (it was a gift) it probably went on sale for a day and that was the price they would give me - a little over 1 tenth of the list price. After spending tens of thousands of dollars there over the years (I have 3 children who helped) this was the treatment they give their solid customers. What gall! They probably do that with everything - day after Christmas they put everything on sale for 25% of the price for a morning so they can screw all their customers with returns. After this blatant rip off, I would never go back to Macy's - ever.

We waited 40 minutes as two people we watched walk up to the other side of the counter (while we were already in line) demanded that they were next and made the poor sales woman ring them up for several transactions- all the while the line on our side was growing past the three people who had already been in line. Macy's- I know you are a failing company at this point. But please do both your sales people and customers a favor and get some organization going. Literally all you needed was a sign on one side saying to go to the other side for service while there is only one person working the counter.

The experience has been a total nightmare and we will likely have to pivot and find another company to go with. We stopped into the Willow Grove location last month to set up an account with suit separates for the groomsmen. Two groomsmen are located in FL but both have Men's Wearhouse near them. It was quite busy the day we stopped in, but the manager on duty eventually assisted us. Her name was Thereza. Thereza created our account and scanned each item (jacket, shirt, vest and pants) so that the guys knew exactly what they would be wearing. She incorrectly entered my fiancé's email address and therefore he was not getting any emails with updates. She also misspelled one of the groomsman's names. None of this information was verified prior to submission. This could have been avoided. She only provided a slip with our group number and sent us on our way. To make matters worse, one of the groomsman went to a location near him to get measured and the associate claimed nothing was in the system. They didn't know which suit style or color because the profile Thereza created was allegedly blank. We called the Willow Grove store to complain and they refused to give us the name of the district manager. We were also told Men's Wearhouse no longer does alterations on pants, which is pretty silly. The service here is embarrassing and I hate to say this, but I don't think we will ever come back.

I arrived 10 minutes early, wrote name on list. And was seen by 1030am. 10:30am was my scheduled appt. i was seen in a private room. Verbally evaluated then asked to step up on padded table. The physical therapist evaluated my shoulder. After being evaluated, I was taught 4 different therapies. And was asked to do them as taught. Post exercises, written instructions were provided. My next visit appt will be next Monday. I had a positive experience.
