2 weeks ago I came in with my mother to rent a tuxedo for a wedding. We decided that it was better…read moreto purchase one instead and put $700 into it. The manager Scott couldn't seem less interested. Funny enough I heard him talking to an employee to "not waste time with tapering/tailoring the tuxedo" for another customer who was renting not buying... fast forward we purchase come back because my purchased tuxedo was supposed to have alterations done that we weren't 100% happy with. We spoke with Michelle who was amazing and so sweet when we came by yesterday but were told we had to come back for the alterations person -- Ali who was also nice. Scott came running by when we discussed the pants not looking the right way and needing to taper them. He said "are u renting or buying" with an attitude: first two thoughts are I remember why he's asking this because of our visit past visit the customer I mentioned earlier was frustrated with Scott's antics since he was rude and wouldn't make any alterations.. second how do u not remember someone that spent $700 -- less than 2 weeks ago and u fully helped measure and select a tuxedo with. (Bare minimum was don't like I'm a stranger) It's extremely unprofessional and rude and he charged us for the tailoring again which is bad business in our mind. I hate to to leave a bad review especially since I work in sales myself and am taught to sustain relationships with the customer that is always right, but this is not okay by any means and this isn't the first time I have had a bad experience with this store. I want to reiterate how great Michelle was but it's a shame that Scott is the one in charge here. I will be bringing my business elsewhere.

This location, however, seems to be more focused on the high-dollar and targeting the more well-to-do locals in these parts. I found a couple shirts in here in their tech fabric with a tailored fit. Meaning they appear a bit more tapered in the waist and look better, in my opinion, than most shirts from other stores that fit like a boring cylindrical tube. There is a good assortment of colors and patterns. Normal prices are quite high for stuff that is made en masse in a third world country. If you pay full price for one of my favorite shirts it's $90. They luckily had a small sale going on with 30% off of that price. I left with two shirts on my latest visit. I was not impressed with the staff at this location. They were very hand off, not helpful and didn't come to me asking if I needed any help. I had to go out of my way to request it and ask what to do with the stays/pins in a shirt when I tried it on. This all despite the fact that there were very few people visiting the store and several staff members working. Even at checkout, the guy was not especially friendly. I will probably avoid this location and opt for the one at the outlets in the future.

During my last visit all 15 registers were open and the line stretched across the entire store front (both Marshalls and HomeGoods!). It was about a 20min line, but I'm not sure what was the deal that day - I have a feeling it was a combination of Spring Break and people shopping for Easter presents. Along with the long wait for the register, there is a pretty involved impulse buying section that funnels you in towards the register. I guess it also gives you something to look at while you are waiting your turn. Probably due to the onslaught of people that day, the store was a little in disarray, but I have a feeling that it probably is usually tidy and organized. She brought me several dresses to try on and helped me find the perfect dress! She was so sweet and understanding and even found the perfect bra and earrings to finish the look! When I got home and got ready for the party I had the wrong size dress in my bag after trying on both. i was talking her ear off so I'm sure that's why. I called the store, and without hesitation, Latoya asked me what my address was, and said she'll bring it to me immediately. She went above and beyond to give me excellent customer, service, and knew how important this party was. I am so happy I went there. Not only did I find the perfect dress, I had the best experience because of Latoya. She is absolutely fantastic and made my situation stress-free!
