Lululemon outlet in Kittery, ME was one of the first outlet locations I visited and I remember the deals were amazing back then haha. It's located on Route 1, so pretty straight shot if you're coming from MA and there's lots of stores & yummy restaurants nearby. I usually find a lot of goodies whenever I go to the lululemon outlet stores but didn't end up finding anything here the day I visited. Pretty small store & has less inventory compared to other outlet stores... similar size to a smaller pop up store location. read more

Not the best variety of items at this store, they probably just don't get allocated them as much as other locations. We didn't find deals like back home at our local lulu. Mens section is in the back but it's almost nonexistent. The staff was busy organizing and rehanging items people try on. Overall it was a bit chaotic but the selection wasn't great on this trip. Will pop in again to see if we can hit next time around but compared to the many other locations we frequent, it's alright. read more

Store is run by a bunch of mean girls and management is absolutely terrible and condescending towards their staff. Once when I was here, there was someone having a medical emergency in their parking lot. When someone came in asking for help, the managers had a very snooty attitude and said it wasn't their problem. Some of the sales they offer are good, but their business tactics don't align with the moral and empathetic brand they try to push. read more

Similar to the other reviewers I was a little disappointed by this store. For the men's gear the only sizes tended to be smalls or XXL or the patterns/styles were not wearable by most people. Of the items they did have available in more than the extreme sizes the sales prices weren't too much better than their normal retail prices. (Eg $100 for a $120 or $130 normally priced jacket) Women's gear had similar limitations and sales were at best 20-30 percent off. Definitely not worth making a visit just for this store but may be worthwhile if you happen to be driving by. read more

I love my Lulu and what is better than Lulu for less?! have never been to an outlet location until I found this one after moving to a Portland, Maine. Staff are friendly but left me alone to do my shopping (which I prefer). Now, to what we all care about: selection and prices...so I found there to be an apple selection of tanks and sports bras in almost every size every time I've been in. However, when it comes to leggings, sweatshirts and long sleeve shirts- the selection has been much more limited and I suspect it's because these are the in-season items (because I've been shopping during fall and winter). Prices range from still-too-expensive to a great deal. For example I got two sports bras for $50 which was a steal off of full price and even a deal over the usual outlet pricing of $34-$39ish for a sports bra. That being said, I've still found in-season items in my size (8, which seems like a typical size?) and for good prices. read more

This is one of only a handful of Lululemon outlets. Sales are to be had here - but common sizes sell quickly. Much of their stock come from smaller daily shipments from lulu stores in the region. The staff is super friendly and helpful and service is on point with other lulu stores. It's nice to see that the positivity of lulu culture fits in at an outlet too. I think the same size as 90% of most men - so I dont always find something and leave emptyhanded. read more

Went to Lululemon in Kittery today after going many times in the past and when I went to pay I was told I could no longer use my military discount unless I was purchasing said items for myself. If I was buying products for my children the discount would not apply. Absolutely ridiculous, obviously they don't support military families. read more

Decent selection - tough for certain sizes but I found some good things. Line to get in during covid but that's understandable. What was frustrating was there was a woman in the store who was clearly buying things to sell in a Facebook group (taking photos of tags / posting) while the line grew larger outside. I wish the store would limit time in the store to prevent people from buying everything and also taking a limited spot in the store. read more

I personally have not entered the store given that I live in California but I had a very great experience over the phone. The employee on the phone was a great help and was able to get me the necessary information on a product that I needed. I was very surprised that they were able to help me out given I am so far from their store location. I would recommend this store to anyone just because of the great staff here! if I could give 0 stars I would. showed up last saturday and walked up to table , rude staff made me aware there's an online wait list ??? what? not anywhere on website. I was made aware it obviously is on their facebook. when I asked if I could join it after the entire conversation I was made aware the wait was literally 3 hours. THREE HOURS. to get into a lulu lemon. understandable with covid but that should have been told before the staff had an entire conversation. decided to return this saturday because I couldn't pass up on discounted lulu lemon. anyways. pull in at 10 because everywhere says it opens at 10. closed. opens at noon says so on giant white board in front. my friend calls at 10 they pick up and say they now open at 11 with no waitlist line ? I love my lulu and I keep coming back to this outlet for the deals only. Some things are priced good and others closer to regular price. Each visit is hit or miss. Make sure you try everything on!! I tried one pair pants on on a 6- fit perfect. So I found another pair same size and style- did not try on. Days later after cutting price tag and inside long annoying thing/tag they did not fit!!! The waist was stretched out like it was tried on too many times or just made wrong. I tried to exchange with no luck. Girls that work here are ok, sometimes friendly and others not. One visit the girl in the dressing room area was not interested in helping me and seemed annoyed with me really. Which is irritating because the items are not cheap and I don't have a money tree. Anyway, go for the occasional good find not the customer service. I would not go out my way to visit here. read more

This was my first time at the Lululemon outlet store and I was thrilled! There is a wide selection of men and women attire. Everything is marked down and of course, sizes are limited since it is an outlet. I walked out with a pair of yoga shorts ($19), tank top with bra attached ($34) and a pair of mens running shorts ($49). So pleased with my goodies! The service is excellent and the store is very well organized, I point this out since outlet stores can get messy and overwhelming at times. I came here on a weekday and the store was quiet. Great prices for Lulu! However, the amount of stock is underwhelming. If you are a size 2, you will be happy. Once in awhile, some limited edition stuff will show up. I got the sold out Ace Dress for 49 bucks! It's not a place to drive more than 30 mins for. If you're in the mood to outlet shop or get Maine lobster, then stop in. read more

I'm going to stop making trips up here. It's a waste of time. I have been there on 4 separate occasions and walk out empty handed. They have great discounts but all the tacky, ugly, stand out clothes that don't sell. You'll honestly do better online in the sale section. read more

I was surprised to see all the negative reviews on Yelp after visiting the Kittery LLL outlet this past Sunday. I was staying in Portsmouth for the weekend and somehow convinced my bf that this would be worth the stop (hungover and all) - probably because I bought him a pair of green Lulu shorts a few months back that he hasn't taken off since. I would agree with the reviews that said customer service was not quite up to par with typical LLL stores, as I don't think anyone so much as asked how I was doing. That being said, I didn't care- I was on a mission. Many of the items were sizes 2, 10, and 12, none of which work for me, but there were plenty of things in between as well. I was disappointed to see the Ebb to Street pants on a rack for I think $30, only because I bought them online a few months ago for much more... I did manage to score a Noir II jacket for $29 and a pair of running shorts (Trail Bound, maybe?) for $39. Admittedly there were a few things I would have been thrilled to buy had they been in my size, but oh well. I was satisfied, and bf found a new pair of shorts too. Probably not worth being a "destination drive" from Boston, but would definitely stop in again while in the area! read more

One star for this location. I think this is the outlet for employees as well as the clothes. I have been in the store 10+ times and today will be the last time. Every visit is the same and this store is the worst customer service I have ever experienced with the company. Makes it even harder to spend $100+ on yoga pants. read more
