Best Lululemon in all of Canada, staff super friendly and welcoming, super organized with everything stocked effortlessly. I had a splendid time shopping here, the toronto lulu team deserves recognition!! read more

I went to 2-3 Lululemon stores while in Toronto and the best customer service and shopping experience I had in all of the land was at Eaton Centre. I wasn't even planning on getting anything really because I thought I already bought everything I wanted/ needed. The store is spacious and organized. It was easy to find help when I needed it. Canada is always a week ahead when releasing new stuff compared to the US. So, I had to get these cute pants. During the time of my visit, they still had the Olympic shoppers (aka shopping bag) which we don't have in the US so, I asked for a couple extra shoppers and they were kind enough to give them to me. I use them as laundry bags when I travel. They're good quality shoppers so you can use and reuse them for anything. The South Asian gentleman behind the counter was helpful and super friendly. And I don't appreciate small talk because it's fake. But he was personable and we ended up chatting about the Winter Olympic merch and Summer Olympic merch, I'm from Vegas and he's visiting/ has visited Vegas. He knew the products really well and he knew that certain pant styles run smaller than say Align pants. I feel like in the US lululemon stores, we don't have customer service this good anymore. It's just tween girls working just to get an employee discount. It was a great shopping trip from start to finish. read more

Great clothing and super friendly service. Garith gave us a hand. Helpful but not pushy. He's on another level.

This is the best company your eyes will ever have the opportunity to see. Such high quality designs that are perfect for working out at the gym! My daughter, 13, used to be quite self-conscious about her outfits but now, everyone knows how rich she really is! The yoga pants just leave me in awe! #lululemonisawesome You guys have to shop here! read more

lululemon athletica Eaton Centre - A closer look at the store (not my photo) - Sports Wear Near Me - Toronto, Ontario

Terrible layout and unfriendly sales staff. This has to be the most uninviting store. The boxing week sale merchandise are on racks with wooden hangers making it super hard to sort through. The regular yoga pants were not on sale at all. It was so hard to move around that store that we quickly left after arriving. No thanks. read more

This is why I don't have money to buy normal clothes, because I spend it all at Lululemon. Their yoga pants are so so so comfy, and not see through. They have really cute tank tops as well as accessories. If you live in America, you will save lots of money buying Lululemon here, even if you pay for taxes. The overall selection is good, there is a small sales section too. The people here were a little helpful, but would have been better if they were more helpful. read more

The team members were extremely helpful and accommodating with my recent return. They completed the return and I purchased two additional pairs of pants all within 10min. The store was clean, organized and plenty of team members to assist. Even the line to get into the store was quick. read more

I'm pregnant. If you read my reviews, you've probably caught onto this. What once read as a a series of short stories about dive bars, now reads as a comical adventure about trying to be an adult. If you don't normally read my reviews, now you know too much about me. Onto the shop... I needed Yoga pants for Yoga, and let's be real, for sitting on a couch. Judging by the preggo glam squad I see strutting the streets of Toronto in their pricy comfort-wear, I was certain Lululemon had maternity pants. I was mistaken. The people who work here are very friendly, but almost to a fault. Each person came up to me, asked what I wanted and told me they had just the thing. None of them had the thing, and trying to sell someone pants that will do in a maternity situation that aren't actually maternity pants is just cruel. Three different people tried to sell me three different pants that they swore would work just as well, none of them worked. The size big enough to go over my stomach was huge everywhere else, and the low rise ones fell everytime I actually put my body in a Yoga pose. Further to this, I'm going to hop on a soap box for a quick second. I've been practicing Yoga on and off for over a decade, and I feel that though Lululemon is an ethical and welcoming company in many ways, having people spend that amount on great here, goes against the philosophy of Yoga. read more

Listen people I know you've heard of Lulu Lemon and I know if you don't wear the clothes the line is probably as nauseating to you as the Juicy, velour tracksuit. But unlike the said Juicy product which is capable of making any ass that isn't Mary Kate Olsen's in the height of anorexia look like a bowl of 2% cottage cheese, Lulu Lemon pants are flattering, remarkably, durable, comfortable, functional and bloody hot! If you are a woman and into any form of exercise, Lulu Lemon is the place to acquire sportswear, if you are a guy however, the clothes haven't quite made the leap into the metrosexual category yet, so beware. read more

I've been a Lululemon customer for a long time.the staff and management were pretty rude at this location. After spending an almost an hour picking up the cloths I needed. The sales staff and manager refused to provide an R&D discount program which I receive for being a long term personal trainer With Lululemon affiliated health clubs and a loyal shopper there. They failed to retrieve my info in their system which is never a problem At the US stores and was asked to provide additional proof that I couldn't show at the time since I was traveling. Never going back to that store again read more

I've been a fan of lululemon from the time I found out that their clothes not only fit me like a glove but also flatter my body and enhances my nice features. This particular location can get pretty busy, depending on what time of the day you manage to get there. The plus is that they have quite a large selection of stock, the downside is that they don't always have my size since i am a popular size, and the perplexing thing is that depending on the garment, I can fit into a shirt/tank/bra in size 2, 4, 6, or 8. Their items are very expensive, but I found that their garments are very durable. You just need to wash in cold water and hang dry. The fabrics they use are ideal for wearing for any kind of sports of physical activity. They have every type of garment for all size and body types. The only thing they do not have is plus sizes. Their pants come in regular and long for some styles and the pants are usually long enough for any height and sleeves are adequately long, esp for people who are taller. The staff are friendly but can sometimes be overly perky. They always ask me if i am looking for something or if I need help though i am a regular. They do not remember me eventhough i go repeatedly and spent alot of money there. There is one girl who does remember me but that's because we engaged in interesting conversations. All in all, I love the clothes but the downside is the lot sizes for each style is small. So if you are not there when stuff first comes in, it can possibly be sold out and will not be restocked. I suppose that is the business model. Scarcity makes something more coveted or valuable. lux I recommend the running pants made from polar fleece (for winter) and luxtreme (for fall). I love anything made with circle mesh and Rulu. You an sign up for email notifications to find out when each store receives new products. You snooze you lose! This store was cute! I really liked the layout of the store and the staff was quite friendly. I was the only one in the store on Monday afternoon, which was nice. Unfortunately, they didn't have the jacket I wanted in my size. read more

VIBE I'm reviewing the Eaton Centre location. Wow, these kids are friendly and they want to help you. Right. Away. Greeted right away! Great company ethos but I don't need to be breathed on either. I get it. It's Christmas. You've got sales targets. But if I need to know exactly how the fabric breathes, I'll let you know. All sarcasm aside, the staff are pretty passionate here. And free yoga/run classes? That's pretty cool. I BUY Ok. So what happened to their classic yoga pants? I've had them for a good five years and boom...all of their yoga pants are of the skinny, scrunchy variety. BOO. I got a great backpack here as well that fits my laptop. I also wish they had less obstrusive sweatshirts without the massive logo all over the front. As you've proved when you started, less is more. Go back to your basics. OBLIGATORY CATCHY REMARK You're going to lu lu lose my business if you don't carry what I (and many others) have relied on in past. Change is good but stick to what has made you successful. read more

After purchasing an item from the lululemon store, I headed to the back to try on another piece. I am almost certain that one of the staff members stole my purchase. It is always too busy at this location. But the staff are very friendly and I love that there is a sale section at the back all the time. Unfortunately, my size is never avail. I was actually there trying my hardest to find this blasted Lulu dress, which was sold out immediately online. The male staff immediately knew which dress I was talking about but unfortunately it was already all sold out (why am I not surprised) anyhow good customer service at every visit. read more

Service was outstanding and I love my new eggplant shade of ~All The Right Places~ pant. Thank you so much!

I don't know who they are hiring these days for the Lululemon at the Eaton Centre but the customer service is terrible now. Perhaps is seasonal sales staff who don't quite know what is going on yet but I keep getting misinformation from their staff. From when sales are happening to how long they go on for to their return policy it's just frustrating beyond belief. I was at this store the week of Black Friday and noticed a sale rack of items. I wanted to buy a pair of yoga pants and matching top as a Christmas present. The top had make-up on it and I asked the sales girl if it could be cleaned. She tells me they usually clean them with make-up wipes but don't have any on-hand but are going to go buy some that day. I ask if I can put the top on hold until they get the wipes to ensure that make-up will come out. I'm told there are no holds on sale items and I have to "chance it". So Lululemon now will sell you dirty tops for $50 and if the make-up doesn't come out, it's too bad for you. How is this good customer service? So I decide to only buy the pants but realize that I left my gift card at home. I ask if I can buy the pants with a credit card and then re-buy them the next day with a gift card instead. I'm told there are no refunds on sale items. But I'm not really refunding the pants. Just changing the form of payment. No, they won't allow this. How is this good customer service? I can (and have) done this with many other retailers, including The Bay, Future Shop/Best Buy, Winners, Aritzia. The sales girls then tells me that the sales going on until Christmas and they'll be getting lots more items so I can just come back the next day. I go back every day that week and I'm not able to find items in the sizes I need. I go back today and I'm told the sale is over and there won't be another one until Boxing Day. For the price point of Lululemon clothing, I expect much better customer service than this. The girls (and guys) are friendly -- smiling, saying hi, etc. -- but real customer service skills are severely lacking. I hope management realizes this and does something about it but I certainly won't be returning to this location for any further purchases. read more

I went to this location on Valentine's Day to get some pants for my wife. This is some of the best customer service I have ever received. The staff were all very friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. This will definitely be the next location I visit for my next lulu purchase. read more

I just had a horrible experience there. After buying a sports bra, (ta-ta-tamer) I wore it a few times with the straps the conventional way. Then, when trying to cross them at the back (as advertised) the bra would not fit. not even a little bit. So I took it back in, explained the situation, and was told by the sales person that they would try to figure out what was wrong (with mine/all) or help me get a different model....great! After taking me to the changeroom, I left my sales person saying i would put it on the conventional way and she could try to see why they would not cross. Well I change, wave my hand over the door, wait...., peek out the door to see where she is (in a location that was VERY awkward ie: would expose my nearly naked top-half to many people). Tried to call over the 2 other sales girls who were chatting with each other in the pant section. Nothing. I thought maybe she got called away for a minute. After 5 minutes and peeking out 2 more times, I tried on the other bra, and gave up. When I came out, there was finally someone paying attention and asked how my things were. She had no answer when I asked where she/any other salesperson were when I had looked for help NUMEROUS times. When I went to the cash, the salesgirl was helpful but I was clearly upset and almost crying. I saw "my salesgirl" standing at the door greeting people, oblivious to me or the situation. "bye, have a good night!" was all I got from her. It is embarassing enough having to return and bra that didn't work/fit but then to be abandonded in the change room after arranging for her to see and help me figure out the issue, was even worse. I think this location really needs to step up their customer service. read more

I always receive poor service/treatment when I enter this Lululemon Store. In November, I went in, genuinely wanting to buy lots of products because I was starting a lot of Tabata/Bootcamp classes. The staff was not helpful at all - I ended up with crops that didn't really work for the purpose I needed. There is a brunette sales representative (manager?) that is just awful. She actually rolled her eyes at me after the 2nd pair I tried on didn't work for me. On a separate occasion, she also accused me of not washing a pair of pants properly, even when I said washed them in cold and hung to dry. She just kept insisting I must have thrown them in with cotton or something (not the case). It feels like they want you to hurry up and buy something, and just get out. For me, it's worth the trek over to the Queen Street Lulu location. These sales clerks are always friendly, and really want you to be happy with the product. They give great suggestions about what to buy for what activity you're participating in. read more

Have you ever experienced great customer service? Like incredible customer service- the kind that makes you feel so good about being at the store that you'll buy ANYTHING from your sales associate even if it doesn't fit right? I felt that today at Lululemon. I walked into the store and was looking at a jacket I really wanted that didn't come in my size, and the sales associate there was so friendly and so nice, and such a sweetheart. He shared my sadness about the jacket that was too large, and showed me all these other jackets that DID come in my size, and even though I didn't buy anything, he wasn't angry about helping me, but told me that there were lots of other fall jackets coming in, and that I should sign up for the newsletter, which I did afterwards because he was so wonderful to me. But you know what the best part about this Customer Service experience was? I tweeted @lululemon after I left the store, and the person on the other end tweeted right back saying that they would let the Design Team know my thoughts! Now, whether or not the person at the other end of the computer will actually let the Design Team know is another issue, but the fact is that they tweeted back and acknowledged my request. There is a reason why this store has become such a success in the last couple years. It's not their clothes, or their style, it's the way their clothes and their people make you feel- like you're part of their team and not just someone who shops there. read more

I am a gym rat. I am at the gym a minimum of 6 days a week and up until last year I also used to run 35k/week outdoors and as a result of my activity level I have been a loyal and dedicated Lululemon customer for 20+ years mainly because the products last a lifetime. The cost of their clothing is significantly higher than other workout/acitve wear lines but the materials used are of the highest quality plus they stand behind their products 100% for the lifetime of that garment.........or so I thought until recently. I have a running jacket that is 10+ years old and the thumb slit in the right sleeve split open and required some very minor stitching to repair it. I brought the jacket into the store on Easter Sunday and was told it would take 2 days to repair at which point they would call to let me know it was ready. True to their word they called 2 days later and said the jacket was done and to pick it up at anytime. I went in and picked it up but didn't look at it until a day later when I went to wear it and was shocked to discover that they hadn't repaired it. I went back into the store and told the salesperson the story and he found it strange as well until he looked at the note that had been stapled to my repair sheet which said that the seaming department could not authenticate the stitching on the sleeve and therefore would not repair it. At this point I was in shock for 2 reasons, firstly why didn't they mention this when they called to say the jacket was ready to be picked up and secondly what did they mean by not being able to authenticate the stitching??? I said to the salesperson, do they think I'm lying?? He said to leave it with him and he would look into it. I took my repair slip and left the store. Not 15 minutes passed before he called me back to say that he had spoken with the seaming department and they re iterated what had originally been said, "they couldn't authenticate the stitching or the threading used and there were no discernible markings on the jacket to indicate that it was an authentic. I was stunned!! First of all the design on the outside of the jacket is their "swirly L" in hot pink and of course there's no labeling on the inside as the jacket is 10 years old and has been washed a lot. He then passed me to his manager who was extremely rude and condescending in both her tone and the language she used. My next stop was their "customer experience" line and that person promised to escalate the issue to their "resolutions team". Guess what? Nothing they could do either. So basically after 20+ years and thousands of dollars spent in this establishment I was now being called a liar over a $25 repair. Trust me when I tell you this is not about the cost of the stupid repair, it's about their lack of customer service and their refusal to recognize how wrong they were in their decision to pursue this. I could have taken this anywhere and would have paid no more than $25 but I took it back to Lululemon because that is where it was purchased it and I believed that I would get the customer service that I deserved. Guess i was wrong. This review will not be my last. I intend to go as far as I can with this until an apology is issued. read more

I am an R and D member at lululemon (I get a discount for being a personal trainer) and I have been growing my muscles for quite some time now. I went up by a couple of sizes and the lady at the counter wouldn't give me my rightfully deserved discount because she believed that I was buying for another just because of the size change. She then went on to lie telling me that I wasn't an R and D member and scammed me out of a lot of money. Then I went to the Younge and Eglinton Lulu to get the problem resolved and the nice man at the cash had no problem giving me the discount because there was truly no problem with my account. This means the Eaton Centre lady straight up lied to me and I do not appreciate dishonesty in the workplace! So if you are needing to go to lululemon visit the Younge and Eglinton or the Yorkville location for better customer service. read more
