From the moment I met her, she was so sweet and had such a warm, welcoming aura that immediately made me feel comfortable. Before we even started my eyebrow wax, she asked me questions about my skin and my eyebrows, which I always think is a great indicator that you're in the hands of someone who truly knows what they're doing.
